This is the not the first T4 I have visited but itās the worst service I have experienced.
I ordered a hot milk tea with pearls, the staff put them in a plastic cup and sealed it. Before he even handed it to me, the cup is already bloated and if I insert the straw, it is common sense it will explode and hot tea will burst out.
I then raised the concern and the staff replaced it with a paper cup with a lid.
However, I was struggling to insert the straw from the hole on the lid, a male Asian staff saw this and stared at me.
I explained to him the straw wouldnāt fit and advised him the design is flawed for hot bubble tea.
He told me itās the same in every bubble tea shop, āyou can look aroundā, āI did not design itā, he even told me they already offered me ācourtesyā for replacing the cup. His attitude was terrible.
In fact, many bubble tea shops offer lids that fit in a straw these days, sealing hot liquids in a plastic cup is very unsafe, maybe look it up for yourself?
If I did not raise the concern and used your plastic cup, my hand would have been burned by the hot liquid, is it really a ācourtesyā offered by you to replace the cup?

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy favorite bubble tea shop in the UK! Everything about this tea shop radiates comfort and joy to me.
As a foreign student, my favorite thing about this shop is the team of staffs. They are super friendly and kind and they made me feel at home. But of course, thatās not the only reason why I love this place so much.
As for the shop itself, it is very clean and has a super relaxing atmosphere. I come here just to sit and chill or unwind after a long day quite a lot, however, the seating area can be a bit limited since there are only a few table and seats here. (But itās not really a problem because most people would usually do takeaways instead of eating in when they get bubble tea anyway)
As for the tea itself, thereās a great variety of flavors to choose from. Either itās sweet & mellow, sour & fruity, or a combination of both!
My go-to/comfort menu would be the roasted Oolong milk tea with tapioca pearls & grass jelly and I would recommend this menu for anyone who is new to the bubble tea scene. :)
And yeah, sometimes I would also get an Ophelia rose aloe tea or a grape aloe tea when Iām craving something a bit more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of my favourite bubble tea spots in London. Unlike some establishments which focus on a small number of tea drinks, T4 has a huge variety of flavoured drinks which include the usually tea and milk teas but also extends to ice smoothies and milkshakes. For those who are looking for simple and authentic boba, this may not be your cup of tea. But I for one always appreciate a great variety of different drinks especially when great quality is consistently maintained.
Particularly, their ice cooler smoothies are fantastic, especially as it starts to warm up in London. Iāve had their lychee flavour with aloe and new mango flavour with mango pearls. Both were excellent. Iāve also had a try of their mango milkshake which was rich, creamy, and decadent. Again, this is perhaps atypical from other usual boba drinks as they were quite heavy and sweet. However, their tea drinks all have the usual sugar level control so you are free to adjust to your taste.
Overall, I would definitely recommend and I for one will be coming back again and again to try more of their...
