Second time here. Food is generally good, basic English cafe food. First time the service was quick and good. Second time the lady taking my order was rude from beginning to finish, did not give me my right order and when politely asked was highly irritated. When she finally brought the order to the table, she dropped a portion of beans on the table and just left the two plates on the other table for me to pick up and take myself. Passive aggressive!!! while I was sitting there feeling bad that I could not take the wrong order anyways as I am vegetarian and cannot eat meat.
Anyways, I get up to ask the lady can you give me sweetener tablets please? She says ask the other lady and the sweetener is just sitting on top of the coffee machine.......
The point of this long review is that cafe's like yours function on loyalty of return customers.....be nice to them and don't be aggressive if something goes wrong, mistakes can happen on either side....a little politeness and kindness goes a long way. Here I was thinking of making your cafe a regular spot to go for English brekkie....I think not! After today I will take my business...

The Cafe looks really traditional and oh my when it came to receiving your food, it was splendid. The portions were big (literally massive) and can really last you for a full day if you're planning on going to museums all day (like i did) Everything on the dish just tastes so good for some reason, perfectly crisp. Also theres a lot of everything so its very filling and enjoyable. The prices are really affordable and its really worth the price.
