I Haven't even dined at this establishment yet, but the service was well beyond expectation. I made my dinner reservation 10 days prior to the actual dinner and it was a special occasion, my wife's birthday. Unfortunately the morning of the date we were meant to attend dinner I was called into work for an emergency situation, due to this I was forced to cancel the dinner reservation, nonetheless... I communicated most of the events with Khun Napatorn who informed me that she is one of the owners, since it was my wife's birthday they have already prepared a special complimentary birthday cake for my wife, she kindly asked for my home address in which they had the cake delivered at NO COST whatsoever, and to top it off and make it even more special they have added a complimentary piece of Australian Wagyu steak for our enjoyment, being in the hospitality industry I have to say that this is exceptional service and I look forward to my dining experience in the...

I recently dined at The Cut Bar in London and was incredibly disappointed with the service. While the food may have been good, the overall experience was severely marred by a rude waitress.

During our meal, the waitress approached our table and bluntly said, "Oh, you're still eating?" This unprofessional and frankly dismissive comment left us feeling unwelcome and rushed. It was particularly disappointing considering we had only been seated for 10 minutes and hadn't even finished our meals.

To make matters worse, a service charge was automatically added to the bill. This felt like an insult considering the poor quality of service we received. In London, a vibrant city known for its hospitality industry, I expect a much higher standard of service.

Unfortunately, this experience means I cannot recommend The Cut...

Do not order the patatas bravas. They were not the patatas bravas that one would usually get. These ones were boiled potatoes smothered in some sort of chilli sauce - definitely not brava sauce - absolutely horrible!!! My friend and I regretted ordering them and we could not finish them. Patatas bravas are meant to be crispy potato cubes not regular boiled potatoes. Google the recipe, please! I wish I took a photo.

The apple, elderflower and lime soda mocktail was too sweet, like drinking sugar water with an apple slice. I could not drink it and luckily it was deducted from the bill. I would not...
