Nice cafe serving good Italian style espresso, with a selection of pastries, sandwich rolls, fruit and cold drinks. While I was here the barista had to deal with one of the rudest, confrontational patrons I’ve ever seen in a cafe, but did so with grace despite being abused.

I almost didn't stop because I saw a long queue and only one staff member behind the counter, but I didn't have to wait too long. However, it was worth it for the warm vibes and delicious coffee at this hidden café between Bayswater and Pembridge Square.

I was so angry with this place on Monday. I ordered and paid for a tea. When the tea was given to me it looked like milk and water. I asked for another tea bag to make it like a proper cup of tea and the young boy behind the counter said he will charge me for another tea! When I said no ill have my money back he refused and said he will ring hes manager. Terrible customer service. I will not recommend this place to any of my clients when in the area next! Sort out your customer...
