I've always wanted to try this place out since it first opened but never got down to it for one reason or another but finally did with the family... The place itself is located in a nice spot, which was converted from 'The Isle of Dogs Fire Engine Station' in the 2000s. There are seating inside and out with a few tables based near the windows which can be opened out for a nice enough view. The food was nice, we didn't have any problems with our visit. The staff were also nice, so nothing bad to be said. Getting here was easy enough, you can use the local buses and stop at East Ferry Road (Stop E) which uses the D7, 135 and the N550, East Ferry Road (Stop B) which uses D7, 277(N) and N550 and the Millwall Park (Stop L), 135 and 277(N). Alternatively you can stop at Island Gardens (DLR) or even use the Greenwich Foot Tunnel and walk it here. Not bad.

Little hidden gem in Canary Wharf! Amazing unique restaurant with good food and decent prices. From the menu it sounded like a Turkish cuisine but had many options for everyone's taste. So shouldn't be a problem to anyone. I found my ordered lamb maybe too sweet but it does say yogurt and cherry source. So sweetness should be expected. Chicken stew was really good , I liked the source a lot (make sure to ask for spicy source on the side). The only thing which they could improve is cocktails. Mine was way too sweet (too much syrup) basically. And another one was way too bitter.. But overall would recommend for everyone to visit!

I had the best food + service experience in London after a really Long time! Fede did a fantastic job, she was very warm, welcoming & attentive! The food was top notch, very interesting selection of menu, I ordered the classic English breakfast with which they even served fruits which I rarely see any place do and I liked that about it. I also ordered the Hot Chicken casserole which was so delicious + the quantity was so much that can easily serve 2 people. Fede also treated me with mocha & bread with Tzatziki which was on the house, they definitely know how to keep their customers happy 😊 Will definitely visit more often!

We went there this evening for a family meal and were disgusted with what we were served and just as appauled by the service and attitude towards us.

All the food seemed like it was frozen and not made on site (cannot verify). When my partner and her mother were served lamb kleftico with potato - The potato arrived still FROZEN in the middle!! I couldnt believe it! We discreetly informed the manager and tried to make the minimum of fuss and he took the food away and apologised.

When the waitress returned the food it was quite obvious that they had not made new potatoes and had just reheated it. What was appauling is they had even swapped the plates over between my partner and her mum!! What was even worst is that when they cut into he potato it was still frozen!! I called over the waitress and stopped eating my own meal (which i had eaten about a third of). I told her it was still frozen and potentially dangerous. I also told her to take my food away as i was not prepared to eat a meal on my own and they were not prepared to give the restaurant a third chance (they didnt offer an alternative meal which we would have declined anyway). I told the waitress to take away the plates and bring me the bill as we were disgusted - The manager did not come over again and apologise personally.

When the bill arrived it was £57 which was 6 diet cokes (3 of which we had just ordered before walking out as we were expecting HOT meals), a childs meal, 4 starters an apple juice and my meal which i sent back!! I said i was not paying for the meal i did not finish as I was not prepared to eat alone (most of my meal did not seem freshly prepared on site either). The waitress had the cheek to say to me that there was nothing was wrong with my meal before I explained i wasnt paying for a meal i couldnt finish because i was forced to leave immediately due to their disgusting and potentially dangerous food!! She looked at me like i was some kind of cheap skate trying to have a free meal!

They took the money off for my meal but offered nothing else! If it was my restaurant i would have not charged a penny and been thoroughly embarrassed! If it was dealt with properly i wouldnt be writing this review but the customer service was so poor it topped it off! I only paid the £42 because we had a child with us but if we was alone all hell would have broken loose and i would have potentially called in health inspectors.

On the way out i approached the manager and told him i was furious that not only had they tried to poison my partner and her mum twice but they had also charged me £42 for the privelege and made no effort to appease us! He apologised again but did nothing.

WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE. The standard of food was appauling and dangerous. The way the situation is handled was disgraceful.

I would strongly recommend you do not eat here and would suggest if you did you are risking your health. If i could give it 0 stars...

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, the ambiance enveloped us in a warm, inviting atmosphere, setting the stage for a remarkable dining experience. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were attentive throughout our meal, seamlessly anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive.

The menu was a culinary adventure, offering a fusion of flavors that were both innovative and comforting. Each dish was presented beautifully, almost too pretty to eat, but it was the exquisite tastes that truly stole the show. The chef masterfully balanced rich, complex flavors that danced on the palate, leaving us eager for each subsequent bite.

The highlight of our evening was the chef's special, which was recommended by our server. It did not disappoint, combining local ingredients with exotic spices in a way that was both surprising and delightful. To complement our meal, the wine selection was impressive, featuring both well-known labels and hidden gems that enhanced the flavors of our food perfectly.

Dessert was a decadent affair, with a perfect ending that was both sweet and sophisticated. We left feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely cared for by a team that excels at what they do. This restaurant is not just a place to eat; it's an experience to be cherished. We'll definitely return and recommend it to all seeking a top-tier...

Wonderful Experience with Exceptional Service from Aleyna

Our recent visit to this hidden gem in the area was truly delightful, largely due to our amazing server, Aleyna. The environment was good and the music taste as well!

The food was flavorful and well worth the price (hard to say in London). Each dish we tried, except for one, was fantastic.

Unfortunately, the chicken schnitzel was a bit dry and didn't taste as fresh as it should have. However, Aleyna handled our concern with professionalism, promptly apologizing and graciously offering us a complimentary replacement from the menu.

While we appreciated Aleyna's exceptional service, our interaction with the owner could have been handled better. He approached our table to explain that there was nothing wrong with the chicken schnitzel. Although we respected his opinion, we felt it was unnecessary to be told how the chicken should have tasted to us.

Despite this minor hiccup, our overall experience was wonderful, and we look forward to returning. The fantastic food and Aleyna's service ensure we'll be back again soon. This review would have been five stars if not for the dry chicken schnitzel and the owner's approach. Nevertheless, we highly...
