Visited today and was very disappointed with the service. Very rude lady who served me..dark haired foreign lady, donāt know her name. No hello, no smile, rolled her eyes and tutted when another customer enquired about their food order..didnāt speak to me at all! Just plonked my drinks on the bar and walked off. I presumed my payment had been accepted on the contactless payment machine, but apparently it didnāt go through. She then came outside to find me to ask for payment again..which is fine, Iām more than happy to pay for what Iād ordered. But maybe if youād spoken to me and not been quite so ignorant at the time, then youād have realised that the transaction hadnāt gone through. I did mention to her that she came across as quite rude. Maybe management need to train her on...

Overall a lovely experience and a perfect hosting from Sam and Frazer, they both were exceptional and deserve the upmost plaudits for their...

If that wasn't bad enough, the bathroom operates as kind of a public toilet with people popping in and out of the side door which is right next to it (and quite a few of the tables) every few minutes... really great during the winter, with massive blasts of cold air to enjoy with your meal.
Just an average...
