Horrible in everything. Me as a Mexican person I really don’t want people to think this is Mexican food. Mexican food is much nicer and better. I ordered three pieces of tacos with each types of meat which were chicken beef and pork but they served me all in chicken. I didn’t go to complain because I knew that it’s going to be horrible anyways even if they change tacos to new one. Also, I ordered with corn tortillas but it was incredibly bad. Tortillas were breaking apart so easily which means either they don’t know how to make tortillas or tortillas are too old. I wanted pacifico beer but they didn’t have it so I decided to take corona but the beer was not cold at all. Also, all the tables and chairs were dirty. If you pay the same price in Mexico, you would get more pieces of tacos and they will be hundreds, thousands times better. I can’t believe such a terrible restaurant like this is in the central London. Very country side in Mexico will have better Mexican food restaurants even if they get only 20 or 30 customers each days unlike this restaurant which gets 1000 or more customers but still horrible. If they’d open this restaurant in central part of Mexico City, they will definitely going to have to close down in less than three days. Please have some more respect on...

Originally gave 5 stars a year ago, but first visit post lockdown absolutely disgusted. Service was appalling. Ordered via click and collect got there early, but I waited until alloted time. However they hadn't even started it as on there side it said 1hr later. Ran out of black beans so was offered pinto, that's fine but she put it on all 3. Only needed it on 2 burritos. Then she added the grilled veg to 2 pork burritos which did not order. Then she it was my fault. I asked her to just follow the order and she began arguing. Said she was leaving it for someone else to finish. None of the burritos were finished or correct. I asked for my money back and when the manager came upstairs didn't even look me in the eyes barely apologised and the person who been serving me said it was my fault she did the burritos incorrect! The orders on click and drop are clear . Never had this problem before. The staff weren't wearing masks and the whole place was chaotic. Deliveroo drivers waiting before I even got there still waiting after I left. Sloppy and messy. I will not be going back. Absolutely...

Fantastic location! Love the floor plan. Upstairs downstairs dining. Much like Chipotle in California in ordering. NOT Californian lol.

The name actually betrays the experience. Because the worst part of the dishes are the flour Tortillas. Weak, and the texture and flavor of glue past. My wife had the corn Tortillas. She said they fell apart and didn't have real corn flavor. The chorizo was almost gone so I had three tacos, one Pollo, one Pork, one Beef. The beef is the best. The other two are without flavor and dry.

However, if you like spicy, do not order the green or the red. Instead tell them you want the hottest spicy sauce they have. There is a tall bottle (didn't get the name) its good and spicy. Tasty too.

To the management (if you care). Change the recipe for the corn and flour Tortillas. It's not that complicated. You tube it. Hire a Mexican abuella and have her make them on location and watch the tourist and locals flock to your locations. Or don't. Someone will.

Light seasoning to the chicken and pork (or use el...

We ate at this branch today. When we arrived, there was a long queue. Firstly, I'd like to learn why I was charged £12.10 for a large burrito of £9.80 + Guacamole of £1.30? When I asked at the till directly, they said that the beef was extra £1, which was not written anywhere. Instead of cancelling the order, I just went ahead and bought it since my wife was very hungry and waiting upstairs. Secondly, when we cut it in half and started eating, we realised that the beef was not distributed throughout the wrap, so my wife didn't eat it at all. Also the first person that received my order as large didn't do anything to separate it from a medium one, so when it passed to the next person, she didn't even know whether she was preparing medium or large. That might have created some confusion.

No cash accepted. You start at one end and then move along to add what ingredients you want, or at least think you want. Imagine Subway.....but Mexican. I prefer my chef to tell me how I should have it. You can dine in but you'll have to ascend or descend a steep staircase first. I wouldn't recommend this if you have had too many of their exceptional frozen Margheritas that they sell. They also sell Pacifico Clara beer. We drank a lot of this authentic Mexican beer when we visited Baja, Mexico. The food was ok, not exceptional. The quesadilla for example, just fell apart. Not sure they put cheese in. If they did, it wasn't much. It's ok. Wouldn't rush back, especially as my cash wasn't good enough for them.

This place is honestly trash. I’m from California and this is just a knockoff version of chipotle, which is also disgusting. How can they even advertise “real California burritos and tacos”. This place is a lie and I’m highly disappointed in the quality. Also, we asked for extra meat for our tacos and they denied us because it’d be too full of other nonsense ingredients that actually take away from the Mexican authenticity. The value should be in the quality of meat, not the rubbish extra ingredients that make it “Californian” or “Mexican”. Honestly, save your money and go elsewhere, literally anything else is better than this trash. At least they had a restroom. 🚽
