Truly disappointed with my experience with Boots today and would highly recommend not going to this Boots (there is a better one just down the road at Charing Cross station). First, they said they couldn't help me even though my doctor told me to go to my local pharmacy as they should be able to pick this up to relieve the NHS. I had to call the doctor again to say they refused me which he found baffling. The doctor then sent my prescription which again this pharmacy refused they had it and didn't even look on their system to see where it was. I walked down to the Boots in Charing Cross who searching on their system for me to see where the doctor had send it, and he had sent it out to ALL pharmacies so I could go in to the nearest one to get my prescription. If only this pharmacy would be so kind to do so. Utterly disappointing considering you deal with people at their...
Read moreI visited Boots yesterday to purchase a box of ibuprofen as I was suffering from a splitting headache/migraine. Imagine my shock when I was asked to pay £1.75 for a medication that’s widely available over the counter for just £0.39 at Aldi! Needless to say, I walked away without hesitation.
Boots is clearly trying to rip off its customers with these absurdly inflated prices. To make matters worse, they lure people in with their so-called "rewards" card, which is practically worthless as the majority of items can be found much cheaper online. Their pricing strategy is an insult to consumers.
Had I been prepared and already had ibuprofen with me, I wouldn’t have stepped foot in Boots in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—save yourself the money and...

It's awful when your customers can hear you speak about your own colleagues. This is a work environment, and paying no attention to customers and acting like you can't see them is very bad. Another woman at the counter told an elderly lady they do not sell a product when they actually do, I hope boots higher management look into this as these people are destroying the reputation. I can write a lot, but I am not going to please put your...
