I recently dined at Wagamama Battersea, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, with a modern and vibrant decor that immediately set a positive tone for the evening. The service was impeccable - the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They guided us through the extensive options and made excellent recommendations. Now, onto the food - it was a true culinary delight! We started with the prawn nori rolls (122), delicious flavory sauces. For the main course, I opted for the Chicken Katsu Curry, and it was nothing short of amazing. The chicken was tender, the curry sauce had just the right amount of spice, and the portion size was generous. My dining partner chose the firecracker chicken, and it was indeed firecracker, was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly cooked. Overall, Wagamama Battersea exceeded our expectations in terms of food quality, service, and atmosphere. It's a place I'd happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Our first visit to this branch after many a visit to others. A month old so the place looks spotless and well designed. There’s lots of seating, much more than it looks from the outside. The atmosphere is good and the staff being trained are polite and friendly. Shout out to Jonathan patiently training everyone. The food was a little undercooked in places. Noodles were stuck together quite a bit but still tasted good and just as we know Wagamama to be, we didn’t wait long. Great to see that Asahi beer is now served in pints, meaning I don’t have to struggle with a large bottle on my own.

This restaurant is OK. But I wouldn't rush back. Food was nicely presented but lacked in taste. The squid was over salted as was the salmon. We were very thirsty when we arrived and asked for water at least 3 times before finally getting up and finding some ourselves from the serving area. The food came quickly but we weren't asked again if we wanted anything else , or wanted dessert. Paying through the QR code on the table was easy and fortunately it gave a option of wheather to tip or not. I normally don't mind tipping, but not this time. We got near zero service.

As a paying customer, I was deeply disappointed by the experience during my recent visit. Upon approaching the restroom facilities, I was confronted with signage that designated one toilet explicitly for "women" and labeled the remaining facilities as "for everyone." This arrangement raises serious concerns about equity, clarity, and inclusivity.

Such a configuration implies a hierarchy of access—one in which women are afforded exclusive spaces while all others, regardless of gender identity, are relegated to shared facilities. This distinction is both confusing and, frankly, offensive. It suggests that certain groups are more deserving of privacy or dignity than others—an implication that runs counter to principles of equal treatment and respect for all individuals.

Whether this design stems from a misguided attempt at inclusivity or an ill-conceived effort to appear "progressive," the outcome is counterproductive and alienating. If the intent is to move toward unisex or all-gender restrooms, then the signage and structure should reflect that equally across the board—not reinforce outdated notions through selective privilege.

In sum, this approach reflects poor judgment, a lack of thoughtful consideration, and a troubling message about who is prioritized in your establishment. It left a distinctly negative impression that overshadowed the rest of my visit. I expect better from any business that claims to serve a diverse and...

Dear Wagamama Battersea Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful dining experience my husband and I had at your restaurant last night. From start to finish, everything was simply fantastic! The service we received was outstanding, from the warm welcome we received upon arrival, to the attentive and friendly service throughout the meal. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful in recommending dishes, and we were impressed with how quickly our food arrived. Speaking of the food, I must say that it was absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I particularly loved the chilli squid - it was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spice. Overall, we had a truly memorable experience at Wagamama Battersea, and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. Keep up the...
