I had the absolute pleasure of working with Abigail at MAC, and I can’t recommend her enough! I went in looking for guidance on how to do my own makeup for my wedding day, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and excited.

Abigail took the time to really understand the inspiration photos I shared and translated them beautifully into a look that felt perfectly me. She not only helped me choose the most flattering color palette for my skin tone, but also explained techniques and product tips in such a clear, approachable way. I left feeling empowered to recreate the look on my big day, and with products I know I’ll love using again and again.

I went in today for a few bits and bobs and met the lovely Veronika. Honestly she’s the best sales associate that I’ve ever come across. She’s was incredibly helpful and made me feel very comfortable. She was also very knowledgeable about all the products. I left feeling so elated and like I got everything that I was looking for! At one point there were some other customers who came in and rudely interrupted us whilst Veronika was helping us and she handled it with the upmost professionalism. Those other customers were so mean to her for no reason and they even messed up the product displays yet Veronika wasn’t fazed at all and dealt with them so professionally and kindly which they definitely did not deserve. I really think she deserves a raise if those are the kind of customers that you have to put up...

What an absolutely fantastic experience with the Mac staff. I went in to find a foundation and the lovely lady who greeted me with a smile (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) went through a multitude of colours to try and find the perfect match, turned out the colour I thought was right for me wasn’t suitable at all. She then called upon the advice/help of one of her colleagues, Maria, who explained about getting the right colour match & matched me perfectly with a foundation. I cannot praise Maria enough and can only class her skills as amazing. She made my skin look fabulous.
