I was purchasing a gift for my daughters wedding. A little gift the night before for my little girl. The staff were so so helpful and made me feel a million dollars. They asked lots of questions and wanted to know all about the wedding and all about the forthcoming day. They made recommendations and help me choose exactly the right gift. They made me feel so special and asked me to come by in a couple of weeks to show them the photographs. I’m so pleased with my purchase and so happy and excited that I have this gift. I will be returning to see Carena and Lucy again. I think I made two new friends here too!

Popped into Jo Malone Battersea Powerstation on the 2nd December 2022 and had an amazing experience from the minute we walked in! We was great by Rachel who was soo warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Rachel helped by showing us all the different scents from ones I’ve worn before and love, to new scents that were amazing! I picked the scent I adored and when my partner told Rachel it was my birthday the day before she went above and beyond! She engraved my birthday on the bottle and my even entails on the lid. They even had a lady personalise the box whilst i waited in beautiful calligraphy! The experience was soo memorable and will definitely be back to visit again! I have to say that Rachel is an absolute asset to your store but I can’t stop without that all the staff there were brilliant! Thank you...
