Lots of people are reviewing the store here rather than the Cafe.

The Cafe used to be excellent and has fallen from grace. The food is terrible. I ordered Ham and Eggs + chicken mini fillet burger.

The Ham was cold, fries overcooked and burnt at edges, one egg overcooked, lots of wilted greens thrown in - even if I ignore the plating.

The burger bread was stone cold, fillets over fried and burnt at points to an extent you cannot chew certain portions.

As many staff as customers today. Lady I ordered from chatted to colleague while I did so. What a surprise price and food wrong. Waitrose management if you are going to hire people with no service / catering background you will need...
