Classic Grill House — Restaurant in Plymouth

Family is ill, ordered in for convenience. All kebab meat was cold, lukewarm in parts, at best. Taste itself was okay, but did need microwaving. The pitta breads for both adult kebabs were basically solid. Didn't even try eating those cold, dry paving slabs. One of the meals was with chilli sauce, explain why it spilt EVERYWHERE, covering myself and the person whose food it was, before even being unwrapped and consists of a 'spicy oil' rather than a sauce? I don't leave reviews on fast food places often, may that be good or bad. I understand it's 'fast food' and some times will be better than others. But THIS was atrocious. Will not be ordering from here again. I would have rejected the order, but my children are unwell and just wanted to eat. Placed an order tonight after a previous order was really good but tonight was a polar opposite as the kebab meat was in bits, cold and dry. As for the spicy potatoes they were ok but hardly spicy and lukewarm at best. A huge disappointment compared to my previous experience. The only positive I can share is delivery time was quicker than most but I still won't be ordering...

This is 100% the worst food I've ever ordered. Ignoring the fact it was 30 mins late. My mixed kebab was literally a tray of burnt meat. And a piece of pitta bread outside the tray. Inedible. The chicken burger was literally a piece of dry chicken in side two pieces of bread. No sauce or lettuce. Nothing. Worst place. Actually find it funny...
