KFC Plymouth - Union Street — Restaurant in Plymouth

Absolutely shocking KFC. The WORST restaurant in the chain I've ever visited. It was completely over staffed with everyone doing alot of nothing. At least 8 staff working in this tiny little shop, yet it took me 20 minutes to get an £8 order.

There was one staff member standing in front of me, behind the counter obviously, picking a scab or spot with a wooden skewer and when another staff member nudged her and whispered to her I was watching her, she laughed and went around the corner, thinking I couldn't see her but she was wrong, I could still see her picking the scab or spot. She then went back around to where the food was being prepped and started bagging up chips, all WITHOUT even washing her hands!!!

The cleanliness and hygiene of other staff in that shop is also extremely questionable, how they're not pulled up on it by a more senior staff member is beyond me. The state of the shop is also disgusting. Needless to say, I'll never be eating there again, I now go the extra 10 minutes to the KFC at the top of town, it's worth it and the 2 shops are a world apart in everything from the cleanliness of the staff and the shop, to the politeness of staff.

My opinion is to avoid Union Street KFC, unless you'd like a bad stomach or a little crunchy piece of someone's scab with your...

THIS IS A BIG WARNING TO ALL PERSONS THAT HAVE BEEN OR ARE DESIDING TOGO THEIR FOR FOOD, I HAVE TO SAY GO TO ANOTHER KFC IN PLYMOUTH AS THE MANAGER AND STAFF NOT ALL BUT SOME NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THIS STORE. AS THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN SOMEONE SAYS DO NOT PUT TOMATOES IN THEIR FOOD AS THEY ARE ALLERGIC TO THEM AND WAS RUSHED INTO HOSPITAL DUE TO THEM SERVING THEM IN MY FOOD, WHEN I RING UP TO COMPLAIN THEY FIND IT FUNNY AND GET CALLED A CRACK HEAD DOWN THE PHONE,I HAVE PHONED THE HEAD OFFICE AND MADE A FORMAL COMPLIANT I HAVE ALSO CONTACT KARL EVES OF THE HERALD PAPER ABOUT THIS, I HAVE SPOKEN TO LEGAL ADVICE, WHO HAVE ALSO INFORMED ME THAT TO PUT SOMETHING INTO SOMEONES FOOD THAT CAN CAUSE THEM HARM OR DEATH IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE AND THAT WE ARE GOING TO CONTACT THE POLICE OVER THIS PERSON OR PERSONS THAT DID THIS SO PEOPLE OF PLYMOUTH BE WARNED WHEN GOING...

Absolutely shocking service from this kitchen. I never seem to get the correct order. After calling them direct the woman on the phone said to take the matter up with just Eat. The blunder clearly happened at the shop as the receipt had been attached to the wrong order. The driver isn't responsible for attaching the receipts to orders!
