I went here on a Sunday afternoon and being a Greek restaurant I chose the Lamb Souvlaki over the Sunday roast. To start I had Calamari which was over cooked a chewy, others in my group had different starters. I ordered bread and oil for my daughter as she enjoys this, the bread was good but the olives were soaked in oil. Others in my party had the Sunday Roast, there was more than less but the vegetables were cook frozen vegetables, the potatoes were so big that some of them hadn't been cook all the way through. My Souvlaki could have been presented a bit better, but the main issue was the ONION. It was an onion overload, there was diced red onion with peppers and cucumber but also a whole chard onion inside. The chips had been deep fat fried and were soggy and not great. There is no health option for children, my daughter ordered chicken and chips and this was deep fat fried chicken chunks and chips, she didn't eat it. There was no vegetable option on the children's menu which is very disappointing. I skipped the dessert after both courses being poor and decided to get an ice cream from the shop nextdoor. Some in my party had dessert, one had the brownie and said it was powdery and dry. The staff were friendly and helpful just a shame for...

Service friendly. Food basically good. We ordered chicken Souvlaki with rice (£15.00 - reasonable). We got chips instead of rice. We also ordered Stifado (described as being like a curry!) and served without the Greek Salad (£19.00). The sauce which had an unnatural hot taste to the back of the throat, tasted like it came out of a cheap tin. The meat was good quality and was cooked well. Dessert: Baklava. I was bought up up Turkey and this was not the Baklava I know. Clearly out of a packet and heated up in a microwave. Very hard, very dense and could not cut it with the teaspoon I was given! Not good. Drinks. We ordered a spritzer (charged 90p for soda) and a bottle of Mythos beer. Yes, it got us out of the rain at 9.00pm in the evening, the place was empty apart from a couple of girls who were talking very loudly about work, inappropriate work colleagues....quite revealing! Maybe the staff were just having an off night, being quite quiet, but they took their eye off producing the correct food to put on plates. Just a bit lazy. I don't think we will be going back....unless it's heaving with rain and we are sheltering in their...

Booked a table for the family at 1300 on Mother’s Day. When we walked in we were not greeted and only 3 other tables with people sat down and the rest were reserved. When we sat down, the table next to use was complaining about their food which was not a good start. We ordered our foots and drinks. When the drinks arrived one of them was a jug of sangria and no glasses were provided. We waited 45 minutes for the starters to come out but two of them were missing. These other two dishes we had to wait another 30 minutes for. After this there was another 45 minute wait for our mains which we had to complain about several times and ultimately ask for the bill as we were going to leave and go else where just to get some food. At that point the food finally arrived (after just over 2 hours of our arrival) and three of the dishes were poor and not worth the money and the paella was the only one which was good and worth the price. Would not recommend to go here as the food is below average and the service is...

Fabulous Greek Cypriot restaurant in Southside St. A warm welcome when we walked in and were shown to a table towards the open kitchen area. We ordered the whitebait to share for starters, I ordered the chicken souvlaki and my other half had the kalimari. The mains appeared with a Greek salad and a large bowl of crisp fries. My dish had two large souvlaki, the chicken chunks were moist, succulant and to die for. My wife's kalimari was equally as tasty, we had two coffees and a very pleasant bottle of house red, this came to a very reasonable £58. Absolutely superb, and we can't wait to go again.

This is a lovely modern venue that caters for all ages to come together to celebrate. From start(booking) to end of the night all the staff pay extreme attention to detail and nothing is too much bother. This is a team that come together like swiss clockwork. Bar area with social seating and standing area. DJ both with dance area Upper area from dance floor buffet and seating. Lower from DJ, cosy snug area/ conversion level. Special thank you again to Costas and all involved to help me make a special 21st and 50th birthday after losing our home and everything within. ❤❤❤❤
