I had a disappointing experience at this location. I ordered two decaf Ice Lattes ā one with almond milk and one with regular milk ā and two Chocolate Toffee Lattes with whipped cream on top. Unfortunately, the service was completely unprofessional.
The lady serving us was more interested in chatting with an acquaintance than doing her job. The result? The order was entirely wrong: ⢠All cups were labeled with the same name, ignoring the differences between orders. ⢠The whipped cream was missing from the drinks that were supposed to have it. ⢠The Ice Lattes did not follow the specifications ā the almond milk and decaf requests were completely ignored.
When I tried to point out the mistakes, the staff member continued her conversation, completely ignoring me. After a few minutes, another young woman, possibly a supervisor, intervened. Instead of apologizing and promptly fixing the issue, she responded in a dismissive tone, saying there was no need for me to stress and that they would correct the order āat some point.ā
This experience was even more frustrating because it occurred during a busy time, the day after Christmas, when customers expect efficient and professional service.
Conclusion: Poor service, unprofessional attitude from the staff, and a lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend...

But I was still treated very rudely by staff last week for sitting in the couch area with my three children in the middle of the day. She wanted to clean that area and just gave me a huge attitude about it. I wanted the children to get sunshine in the windows and sit in a softer chair and couch as any parent knows those are less likely to tip than the wooden chairs, bigger, and are necessary to have available for older people as well. I donāt want my young kids smashing their heads on the concrete floor! It was the middle of the day and she treated me as if I were getting in the way of her close. They close at 6pm or later! I ended up moving because I had a pang in my stomach of feeling so unwelcome after being treated so snottily for no reason. Iām overly friendly as a customer so thereās no need for that. I will just go to a local business from now on who actually needs...

Ordered matcha frappe for my wife and asked for "Extra sweet".
The server insisted that it is really sweet already even after a couple of attempts to explain that my wife likes it really, really sweet. She explained how they make it with a super sweet syrup. Not sure why she thought my wife hadn't tried it before and never normally a problem to get extra sweet for her but she wasn't gonna do it.
So it wasn't sweet enough and we gave it back to add more syrup.
Another member of staff could see I wasn't too happy and when I explained why she said "Well it's not the biggest problem in the world"
Well, it's not the biggest problem in the world ,but I'd just paid £8.10 for 2 small drinks, so a little bit of customer service would be appreciated.
To be fair, they sorted it out quick enough and the coffee was good. But £8.10 !!!!! Might go back in 12...
