The Woodside — Restaurant in Plymouth

Firstly i would like to add this is not a review on the staff or the people that drink here this is soley on the guy in charge . Tonight i witnessed the landlord as i first walked in eyeing himself up in the coffee machine picking his spots on his face he then proceeded to wipe his bloody fingers on the heineken tap absolitley disgusting healt risk to any punter drinking that leaves me wondering what am i drinking .

I dont wish to caise trouble to the staff who have been lovely so far but are abused by him from what i hear . Will not drink another pint in here ever . P.s a friend bought me my drink i still will not drink it vile .

When I moved to area about 2 years the people in the Pub and Restaurantwere great, mostly locals and Keith was running a tight ship, no nonsense bar, no anti social behaviour, it was great. Since he left it has gone to ruin, not one of the new Managers have had control of their patrons and just keep feeding them more and more alcohol and then anti social behaviour kicks in. I wonder if we will ever have decent Managers in there again, I sure hope so, a bit of peace and quiet and good music...

There is now a nice menu and the bar staff are very friendly. they've got a pool table and live entertainment. They even have a happy hour so there is very nice priced drinks.
