Loaded Fries — Restaurant in Scotland

I had an unpleasant experience at Loaded Fries that I feel compelled to share. Last month, while collecting a delivery as part of my part-time job, I was wrongly accused by the staff member wearing glasses of having left a negative review about the business. Despite having no obligation to do so, I showed him my Gmail to clarify the misunderstanding and prove that I wasn’t the one responsible. Unfortunately, he seemed unconvinced and even went so far as to threaten to call the police. I told him to go ahead if he wished, but he ultimately did not.

Afterwards, I went straight to Caspian Kebab—owned by the same person as Loaded Fries—to speak with someone in charge. Although the owner wasn’t there, his trusted colleague, with whom I share a good rapport, was present. I reported the incident to him, hoping that would be the end of it. Out of respect for my relationship with the owner who has always been nice to me I chose not to leave a review at the time.

However, today while passing by the shop in my car, the same individual from Loaded Fries recognized me and proceeded to make an obscene gesture by showing me the middle finger. This level of unprovoked hostility and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I’m not lodging a formal complaint—but I believe people deserve to know the kind of arrogance and attitude being displayed by this staff member(half bald guy with glasses on) Let the public decide...

DO. NOT. BUY. I have never experienced such a revolting place to eat at. These people had the audacity to put vegan on one of their pizzas on Uber eats. I had my doubts as some of these smaller chain restaurants don't know the difference between vegetarian and vegan and therefore put a note REMINDING them that THEY put the term vegan on this pizza. I told them that I have a severe dairy allergy and that if you don't have vegan cheese, no problem just remove the cheese and put no cheese at all. I emphasised multiple times NO DAIRY whatsoever. When the order came, I was beyond disgusted to see that they had put dairy cheese only my pizza. They didn't even bother. What was more disgusting was the customer "service" I received after. I called them explaining my situation and not only did they make me repeat my situation about ten times ( I made it clear enough the first time) I even made the appropriate point to mention that people could literally die from this disregard to allergies. they had the audacity to be rude and say " we don't have vegan pizza, you should order what you know and what you want, what do you want me to do?" even though it was a mistake on THEIR part. These people are liars that take your money and are not apologetic at all for their mistakes. AVOID AT ALL...

Being absolutely steaming on a night out and someone turns round to you and says you can get loaded fries with feta, falafel and hummus - amongst other things????!!!!!
