Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

Well first of all the only positive to this experience was the tattie scone was cooked well. I ordered the big daddy breakfast and was told there was no black pudding which was acceptable. I choose to remove the beans, mushrooms and tomato from my orders which was swapped out for toast and haggis, as a drink i got the cappuccino. Got told be about a 15 minute wait which was also fine. Left the till and proceeded to get my hot drink and pick my table. Only table i found that was clear was covered in spilt hot drinks and sugar but i expected someone to maybe pop over with a damp cloth atleast but that did not happen. Anyway time passed and i sipped my not so hot drink for 10 minutes until my breakfast arrived. Everything was placed on the table and the lady left. I rummaged arounds under the items to see what was all there and there was no haggis and some mushrooms that i discarded on my order. I was surprised to see the commercial sized fried bread at a inch thick was a bit off putting. The square sausage was really dry inside it was like everything had sat too long. Won't be recommending this place for a breakfast anytime soon not when there is plenty places near buy with better food, cleaner tables and people that listen...

The cafe was dirty understaffed no white rolls for a chip butty despite plenty on supermarket shelf. Chips were cold and cake in chilly was dried out and tasted stale. No cuttlery i.e. tea spoons no cartons of milk and no servietes. What else can you expect. Customer services only direct you to going on line to complain. No customer skills. This is a regular place for me and my wife but we give the cafe a wide birth from now on. The place and the supermarket are going down hill fast. Even the shelves are half empty at 1500 hrs. No bread and nothing being baked. Head for Tesco Lidl or Aldi where they have stock on the shelves. Even the staff I spoke to agreed with my points. Come on Morrison's buck...

Absolutely horrendous customer service and qaulity of food. I ordered a chicken burger with chips and salad. The salad had plastic in it and my girlfriend was served a frozen cheesecake. I tried to tell a server about the plastic I had found and she dismissed me by saying "I'm busy serving customers" and walked away as if I wasn't also a customer. Initially I was only telling them because I didn't want it to happen to anyone else, I didn't even want a refund. After the atrocious customer service I logged the complaint formally and did receive a refund....
