Read moreMy family and I were told to wait for 30 minutes for a table, while waiting we noticed multiple families getting seated with other many open tables left. We then had to ask to be seated again and then they took us. While next in line waiting to order our food the manager was there with no one in front of him and wouldn’t let us order, trying to say there was someone else who was seated about to order, when they were in fact not wanting to order. While the manager was taking our order he would not even look at us and was being quite rude and not listening properly. Once we ordered we then had to wait 30 minutes just to get some hummus and then another 20 minutes to get our main meal, we spoke to the manager about the ridiculous waiting time and he said they have started a new system where they bring out the starters first and then the main meal after. Even while he was speaking to us about this we was quite rude and not ready to listen to us as even getting hummus after 30 minutes is quite ridiculous. Once we received our main meals, half of the items were missing and quite cold food was also given but as we had already been waiting for 50 minutes by this point we were too hungry to wait any longer and ate the food. We just mentioned to one of the staff members that the food was cold but she replied with an ‘ok’ and left our table. Read moreNOT for VEGETARIANS or VEGANS !!! Stopped by on Saturday 27th August for lunch, my partner ordered a burger and I ordered 4 sides as I’m vegetarian. We explained the 4 sides were for a vegetarian so should be separate from the burger. After a painstaking wait, a waitress brought out a burger with all 4 sides squeezed up against it, with my garlic bread actually touching the burger meat. We explained the problem, she looked like she really didn’t care but would take it back to the kitchen, I stressed that she was not to bring me they exact 4 sides back to me(pretending they were re-made) as is a common trick. I watched her as she took the plate with the burger and 4 sides to her manager, she started to shrug her shoulders to him, as if to say “what’s the problem?” The problem which I had clearly explained to her 5.8 seconds earlier. The manager then approached our table at which time I pointed out these sides are marked as “V” and “VG” on the menu, yet are brushed against meat ??? He had little interest or respect for the problem. He stated they would be re-made. After what we had already experienced, it was highly unlikely basic standards of separating foods would happen, we asked for a refund and set off for a proper restaurant.
