AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Very poor hygiene Sticky tables and very dirty floor No food and hygiene management, ended up with diarrhoea for a week They do not understand your order and so if you have any food allergies then please avoid. We were given food mixed with other food which we never ordered. I will be contacting food and hygiene and make sure this place gets closed. When I asked what the soup of the day was the answer I got was “soup”. I ordered cheese pastries but instead was given mince pastries with cheese ones mixed in so be carful if you have any food allergies as they do not care. I ordered chicken which was undercooked and still pink inside, when I told the waitress she said it is cooked. I ordered starters of salad which took 40 minutes to prepare and then was served to me once I was half way through eating my main meal, which was also served cold. The waitress was also serving food with the same gloves she was cleaning tables and the bins with. No food and hygiene training is being followed. Above all it is a place full of diseases and uncooked food. Very bad service Waiting to long for food which is then...

Stopped here with my partner to grab some food after walking around and feeling unenthusiastic about UK pub food (and not wanting to spend a lot on fancy places or drinks). So we put in 'kebabs' and got a few options, one of them this place. We eat Persian cuisine a lot at home and are enthusiastic about kebabs in general, though not experts by any means. We were seated right away and welcomed at this place by friendly staff. The prices were very reasonable so we ordered a mixed plate. When it came it was gorgeous and fresh off the grill, and all of it was SO GOOD. We destroyed the meal completely, it blew us away with how tasty all of the meats were, so moist but nicely grilled. Our favourite was the shawarma meat, so delicious. The rice was tender and tasted just a little bit bbq'd. So filling and tasty - we went back a few days later for a second shot before we left - just to experience it again! Thank you to the talented cooks and staff for giving us the best food experience we had on our whole...

Today we went to paradise for our favourite food.we were really disappointed with the service.usually the owner of shop is there we never had complain but today the lady and a boy was there.we waited long for food when food came there were no plates no cutlery on table .then I asked for plates lady bought plates after 10 mints.then I asked boy for spoons .he said I am cleaning other table i will bring but he forgot .then I asked again to lady for spoons.she brought spoons after so long.then she forgot our chips .chips came after so longs.seriously they don’t care about customers.then food was already cold.charcoal chicken was so dry.at the end we complained to boy that your service was not good today.i can’t believe he said if you think service was not good don’t come back. This is the way that you speak with customer.if we are paying that’s why there business is running.Sunday Father’s Day they spoil our...

First time having Syrian food. The roasted Chicken is well flavoured and perfectly done, crispy outside and tender inside, the meat just falls apart. The spiced rice has unique burnt flavour with is so good. £11 for a whole chicken with rice and pickles good for 2 persons. Simply awesome! Returned on 30/7/2024 Tried their charcoal grilled chicken this time, very flavourful but you get more charred bits compare with the regular roasted chicken, overall still a very good dish. The rice and thin flat bread were very good. The chilli paste was absolutely delicious and you have to request more if you love spicy food, it enhances the whole dining experience. The okra however was not to my liking, tomato paste sauce, tangy and bland. Overall a good dinner with very reasonable price.

The best dish at this Syrian restaurant is definitely the grilled chicken — it’s the only meal that really stands out. However, even that is sometimes served before it’s properly ready, which affects the quality. Still, it’s acceptable mainly because of the price, not because of high quality. I strongly recommend checking and improving the grill regularly to ensure consistent results. Also, customer service plays a huge role in building loyalty. A bit more patience and a welcoming attitude from the supervisors could really help attract more customers, rather than pushing them away. Just to be clear, this isn’t directed at the staff serving the food — they are doing a great job
