Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

My name is Camila, last month I bought a Frappuccino with soy milk (because I am allergic to lactose) when I took a little, less than a third, my face began to swell as well as my stomach and I vomited! it is clear that the coffee was not with soy milk. Came in to get a coffee and sit for a bit going through emails and do some admin work on my 2-hour lunch break. Got an hour into sitting in the cafe until I was asked by staff to sit next to a stranger or move, because other people needed my table more if I am just "studying". I appreciate they may have an epidemic of students coming and overstaying their welcome, but after paying £6.50 for a coffee, and not being a student, I'd like to enjoy the free wifi and have a working lunch. If you don't want people overstaying their welcome, advertise this and have a sign saying maximum stay 1 hour. Otherwise, it is first come first serve to all...

Very friendly and helpful to two mum's struggling with little babies.

For any new mums who feel unsure of where to go for a coffee I really recommend this Starbucks. The staff offered to bring our coffees over to the table for us when we had our hands full and even checked in if we needed anything else. They were very patient even though my friend had to abandon her order because her baby was fussing and brought her her coffee anyway and let her go back to pay once the baby had settled.
