Got an hour into sitting in the cafe until I was asked by staff to sit next to a stranger or move, because other people needed my table more if I am just "studying". I appreciate they may have an epidemic of students coming and overstaying their welcome, but after paying £6.50 for a coffee, and not being a student, I'd like to enjoy the free wifi and have a working lunch. For any new mums who feel unsure of where to go for a coffee I really recommend this Starbucks. The staff offered to bring our coffees over to the table for us when we had our hands full and even checked in if we needed anything else. They were very patient even though my friend had to abandon her order because her baby was fussing and brought her her coffee anyway and let her go back to pay once the baby had settled.
