Quirky and colourful café tucked away off Stroud High Street (so tucked away I didn’t know it was there!). Incredible range of vegetarian (and non-veggie) brunch items, including a specials board. Cakes looked amazing – with a decent choice of gluten free and vegan options (we were too full from brunch to taste them, but will go back). I opted for the goats cheese with sage honey and walnuts on sourdough, which looked amazing on Instagram but was mediocre in reality. The cheese was slightly warm but not melted at all and the bread was tough. I put down to being the busiest time on the busiest day of the week and will go back and try something different another time. Coffee was delicious.

Hands down the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. The staff were really friendly and the service was great. We were a bit unsure at first whether we had to wait to be seated or just grab a table as there wasn’t much signage but we eventually just sat ourselves down. Totally worth it though. Highly recommend the chorizo hash from the specials board was so flavourful, and the tomatoes were honestly the best I’ve ever tasted with so much flavour. Will definitely be back when in the area.

What a lovely little find this was. We found this place tucked away at the end of a little alley which you access from the main shopping street. Nicely presented food, however I think they could have been a bit more generous with the portions. The poached egg on toast with avacado was delicious but another slice of toast would have been nice. Lots of choice and reasonably priced too. A nice little outdoor area to sit in too but for us it was a little hot.

When I'm visiting Stroud ,this is our place to eat . Tucked away, secret little gem, that has a great atmosphere . Lovely food, great choice of vegetarian hot and cold, drinks and cakes also. Dogs are very welcome both in and outside, you may find a nice little treat for them too on the counter. Although the space inside is small,it does offer a courtyard out the front so finding a table isn't that hard. And for those cooler days, blankets are offered. A staff who are friendly and love a good chat ,give recommendations when you really can't make your mind up!

Both card or money payments can be made.

Just as you enter the courtyard ,the staff place large empty tins outside for insect houses, I've picked up a few and will continue to do so...

Nice café tucked away off the High Street with indoor and outdoor seating and offering a variety of decent meals and drinks. It's also licensed. Sometimes you have to wait a while for your order when it's very busy so not the place to go if you're in a rush! But otherwise it's very good.

Update 25/08/2022:- So glad it weathered the Covid storm! Still very good and enjoyed an excellent fresh veg curry with naan/roti, spring rolls and a tomato salsa for £8.50 Update 31/01/2023: Popped in for a coffee and treated myself to a vegan sausage roll. I'm not vegan but didn't fancy a meat sausage roll with processed pork. It was a good choice and I really recommend it to vegans and...
