I couldn't have been more careful with my Gluten Free order, calling the restaurant prior to ordering from the gluten free section on 'Just Eat'. Yet when my order came, I immediately sensed that the noodles were not Gluten Free. I called the restaurant who also confirmed they were not, however said there was nothing they could do to rectify it and that it had not come through as 'gluten free' via 'Just-Eat'. On the website it is clear however that there are two separate vegan miso ramen dishes - one gluten free and one not, these are charged at different prices and the word order is different. I ordered the one at £13.80 from the gluten free section - there is nothing more I could have done. If you have an allergy, intolerance or coeliac disease, avoid this restaurant.

I was so fortunate to have a friend recommending me such an atmospheric and attractive restaurant with extremely scrumptious food. Me and my partner keep visiting it again and again because it’s the best ! My favourite one is Salmon poke bowl and my partner’s is chicken ramen. If you’ve never tried none of this before, you should come here to have a first great experience. However, there is a little detail that disappoints me. Salmon poke is made with less avocado and salmon compared to my previous visits. Every time it’s less and less. Hopefully, it’ll be seen and took into consideration. Definitely recommended 😇

A really great place with good vibes, superb food and excellent drinks. The warm sake is a treat. You mark your orders on a card which you take to the front, which is a fun way of ordering. I loved the decor, lots of attention to detail and effort was clearly visible. The ramen was filling yet not too rich and had the classic toppings you would expect, neatly diced bamboo was a nice touch. The sides were also of note, the gyoza was a bit over-priced, cheese wrapped in kimchi was not something I was expecting but definitely a welcome surprise. I'd fully recommend this place as overall a great experience.

We ate in this restaurant today and had a pork miso ramen. I’ve eaten in there before and had the same dish and it was delicious. Unfortunately today it was not. The meat was cold, the noodles were under cooked and the soup tasted like Campbells chicken soup. I’m not sure what’s happened but whatever it is it needs fixing. Im not saying I won’t eat there again but when you are paying £14 for a ramen it needs to be worth the money like it was last time. Also some woke lefties came in, sat down then got up and left because they didn’t like the vibe. I love ramen but I hate lefties. A bad ramen and woke lefties spoiled my whole day. Please make the...

I took the Pork White sesame Ramen on Friday evening, full of interest and appetite.

I ate the noodles and found it surprising that I couldn't bite through them. I bit harder a few more times and realised that it was actually a small piece of rope...I felt so disgusted as I chewed the rope several times and the juice came out of it...I felt sick to my stomach and almost threw up...

The owner said sorry to me and gave me cash back...butI still felt nauseous and uncomfortable in my mouth when I got home over an hour later...it took several brushes of my teeth and a large cup of coffee to feel...
