Ordered food online on just eat and the order was confirmed with a time but i went to check to see if anything had change and the website said it was "on route". Got my Netflix ready for my Poppa's meal & the money & I checked the website again for it to say "cancelled". Rung them up and they knew who i was told me my area address and they said that they had tried to ring me (i had nothing) but i didn't answer so they cancelled my order. To which i asked if they can still send my order and if i could change the Phone number & Who ever was on the phone gave me attitude throughout the call. I was only trying to ask simple questions to solve what had happened (I am not good speaking on the phone to people anyway due to nervous disorders but i am hungry and still am now.) They said "how are we supposed to call you" although i mentioned changing the number to solve this all so i could get my food. But no, He was adamant to get his word in as well as interrupt me many times.

So that's a one star for me, Staff are with attitude and are clearly not good at trying to solve problems. But the food...

I ordered 10 hot wings for takeaway and checked the food immediately after receiving it. Unfortunately, the wings were cold. I requested the staff member (Name starts with letter "T"), to reheat them, but he initially acted as if he didn’t understand my request. After explaining again, he finally acknowledged the issue and asked if he could place them in the oven. I agreed.

However, while reheating, he and his colleague started conversing in their mother tongue, making sarcastic remarks, which was quite unprofessional and uncomfortable for a customer to experience. Eventually, they returned the food with a seemingly forced smile.

On the positive side, the chicken wings taste amazing when served hot, and I appreciate the effort of the morning staff, especially the female employee who is always welcoming and ensures the food is properly prepared. Given Swansea's cold weather at night, the staff should double-check food temperatures before packing takeaway orders.
