Nando's Swansea - The City Gates — Restaurant in Wales

Really disappointed. Ordered for my birthday meal with my family that had driven 3 hours down to see me. First time doing a Nando's takeaway and what's the one reason you buy a Nando's over other takeaway services, it's for the sauce. Guess what one thing doesn't arrive, you guessed it, the 2 bottles of peri peri sauce paid for and clearly stated on my receipt. Phoned the restaurant and staff not willing to make a delivery now so just expected to eat a dry £50 meal. Oh did I also mention that staff told me I have to call Deliveroo and deal with them despite the fact they would have been the one to pack the order, and reason they won't deliver the sauce is because the delivery doesn't meet the minimum threshold of £10 for a delivery - should also mention I am 0.9 miles away from these people and yet still they refused to send over two bottles of sauce paid for in my original delivery. Waited over half an hour to get in despite having two young children and having had txt notification our table was ready. Waiter was useless, half our Party were made to wait and chase the waiter themselves for their food as they 'assumed everyone had had their food' despite two people eating and 2 ypung children and 2 adults were sat looking at them. Children were forced to sit empty handed watching others eat. They screamed the place down as a result due to being hungry which was very embarrassing. Also, they made my 1 year old use an adult knife and fork and eat on a normal adult plate and use an adult glass. No provision at all to cater for young children. No people skills at all, unfriendly and generally an overpriced waste of £44. Food was nice enough but All I'd achieved was screaming children and eventually leaving angry and embarrassed. I will never go near this place again and will recommend everyone else I know do the same. Absolute...

The food take soo long to get ready...more than 30 minuts. Came very small portion of fries if we compare with Nando's in Marina Brighton that come big portions of fries and chicken....in this time we asked same as we use to ask in brighton and was a very big deception... the soft drinks like coca cole and sprite was more water than the sprite or coca.... the glasses were ugly and the machine to take soft drinks old. The tables was not really clean....i could feel my finger glue in this...and the place very small too.... so if u have problen to stay in small places full of people is not gd. The chicken flavour same so it still okay...but this time the pieces of chicken was really...really small..... so my Experience with this Nando's in Swansea was not soo gd if i compare with the Nando's that i used to go in...
