NEVER ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!

I ordered a meal on uber eats at 8pm from Pepe's. the delivery time was around two hours. Me and my family got an extra spicy whole chicken, lemon and herb wings, chips and peri peri rice. Guess what? The whole chicken was mild, the wings were hot, the chips were undercooked and the rice was plain, on top of that the service was dreadful. After the order was wrong me and my son drove to Pepe's at around 10pm. We explained that the order was wrong. the staff never gave any apology to us. They told us the wait was 20 mins so me and my son went back to our car and waited around 20 minutes. We then returned and the wait was another 40 minutes!!!. The staff were messing around and the place was disgusting with raw chicken scattered on the downstairs floor, it also smelt terrible. When we got our food it was cold, so we told the to warm it up which took 10 minutes. By the time we got our food properly it was around 11pm. We drove back home and by the time it was time to eat it was almost midnight. My children needed to go to school in the morning but it was very late because of the TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. my children were very tired and it ruined our sleep ASWELL. on top of this hassle we had STOMACH ISSUES aswell probably to do with the HYGIENE.

HONEST EXPERIENCE. MESSAGE TO EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR NEW TO THIS DISGUSTING RESTAURANT NEVER ORDER HERE THESE STAFF SHOULD BE FINED FOR...

Absolutly fantastic food. Great chicken, always cooked to perfection. I always have the Chick'N'Rice, Lemon & Herb, with spicy rice. Comes in a box you can unfold, and eat in with, very practical, and a great idea. This also makes it easy to scoop out onto a plate when you take away which I do mostly. Then the service, the girls in there are always there to help. I have been in there so many times when customers are rude to them, and they never change their ways, they stay polite always. When some of the behavior towards the staff is disgusting, and gets me rattled. I've inly ever found a small bone in my food, literally tiny. The things that will happen are standard. They work their absolute back sides off in there, the place is busy all day. Give the staff a break. Seen one review about hair. I reckon their own hair. Probably opened his boxed, looked away, hair fell, then looked back, and there was the hair. The negative reviews are questionable, as I have a Chick'N'Rice nearly every night.

Absolutly fantastic food 🔥 Chick'N'Rice box £7.79 super duper deal. Seen the price on food in the shops. Then the service. Those staff work their backsides off, the lads I'm not sure are great with English, so the girls work the front area, and they are lovely. Always a good energy from them, although they don't engage first in a chat, which is probably because the horrible sorts they get in there.

After going to Wingstop and experiencing their pathetic 'atomic' wings I had to leave a review here, because their food has never disappointed in spice level. I've always gotten delivery so can't comment on the service or atmosphere, but the food is fine as hell. Grillmarks, meat kept hot and steamy in the delivery bag so it's falling off the bone by the time it arrives. I've only had one order in two years that was cold, and that's because the driver was going in circles for an hour - the packaging is on point for keeping things warm.

Fries are pretty basic, but you come here for chicken not fries. I wouldn't recommend the chimichurri seasoning - it just doesn't pair well with the peri peri flavours - but the peri peri salt is alright. What I really recommend is the wings. Extreme is actually a good, challenging level of spice even for a true hot wings aficionado. Extra hot is what I normally go for, and that's really spicy without quite getting to insane levels. I've tried their mango and it's also delicious, shame they don't offer hotter versions of that. Flavour is on point, similar to nando's but it hits different with the chargrill. Even the paneer gets nice grill marks.

My main complaint is that you can order 5 wings or 18, there's no inbetween. Give me a sane amount, like 10, with an appropriate...
