Terrible, terrible service. Queued for 20 mins to be served when only 4 people were in front of me. During that time at least 2 people behind me gave up and just left the queue. There are only fast food options (burgers, hotdogs, chips) so absolutely NO need for the extreme wait times. Absolutely the fault of the 2 staff serving. Both were polite and professional but either very badly trained or just out of their depth. As example: myself and 2nd in the queue only wanted cheeseburgers (which already had the burger meat prepared and sat waiting) but we had to wait until 1st in the queue had their cheesy chips cooked. While their food was preparing, 2 of us could have been instantly served and free'd up space in the queue. It is literally just a matter of working proactively, rather than reactively. Lastly, price is expensive even for these type of places. £2.50 for a soft drink!...

Service can be slow and the setup a little chaotic, but for a quick bite at the end of the pier, it’s passable. Just don’t expect gourmet — this is fast food with a view and a...
Read moreHorrible ‘cheeseburger’. We ordered chips and a cheeseburger, the chips came fairly quickly but they’d fully forgotten about the cheeseburger and when it did finally arrive, 20 minutes after we finished the chips, it was a stale bun, a flavourless patty and some American style cheese. Unbelievable that they would charge 4,40 for something so bad. (And that price is without the chips…). I know its ’fairground food’ but even with low expectations this was bad. Also really loud music on the pier,...
