We stopped by this little seaside seafood stall and ordered 4 oysters to start – just to try. But after the first bite, we were hooked! The oysters were so fresh and flavourful that we immediately went back for 4 more. In total, we had 8 oysters, and each one was a delight. They offered two varieties: The Cumbrae oysters (Scotland) - smaller, delicate and wonderful sweet, had a clean, briny taste with a creamy finish – like tasting the ocean itself. The Lindisfarne oysters - a bit larger, slightly firmer with a crisp, mineral edge and a light cucumber freshness. We tasted some plain, no sauce to enjoy the pure flavour of the sea. Others we had with squeeze of lemon and a dash of Tabasco, which gave them a zesty lift and a bit of heat. At only £2 each, these oysters were an absolute treat! Fresh, friendly service too. We’ll definitely be back again.

Unsure what products to try, I was offered a pre purchase sample. Which helped me in purchasing a open tray of mixed shellfish and prawns. Very enjoyable and great hosts. A traditional seaside treat.

Gotta be the nicest fresh crab sandwich ive ever had from here today…and ive had lots down in the southwest. Such friendly staff too, a little gem on the Llandudno pier

A fabulous day in Llandudno, great weather. We’re so glad to have stopped at The schooner. We had a delicious fresh tray of seafood 🦞 with caviar. Worth every pound! (£10) The boss was super friendly and helpful. I asked for salad and he added it on for me FOC! The Rose Marie sauce was good too. We’re be back! Thank...
