Sam's Cafe & Takeaway — Restaurant in Wales

My family and i went there today for lunch after a stressful morning as a witness in court. The food was good , a little pricey, but expect that in swansea i guess... however were a little disappointed on a older member of staff that was a bit rude. It was quite busy in the shop and our toast was forgotton (easy mistake as it was busy).We should of had 2 slices of toast with a extra large breakfast after requesting the toast. She came back with one slice.. so i questioned her and she seemed almost irritated. Which embarrassed my partner so he said not to worry.. with that she walked off with an eye roll not even an appology. I know its a slice of toast but i dont feel you should be embarrassed to ask for something you paid for Just a shame it seemed too...

NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED.. i often go to Sam's but today I went with my 2 grandsons we got a table and ordered, children's meal, hot chocolate 2rounds of toast and a cup of coffee Sam or whoever it was came to our table and said we had to leave cos we haven't all ordered a meal. I was so embarrassed... I understand our order wasn't huge but it is a cafe!!! I left very embarrassed with my grandchildren very confused. WON'T EVER GO AGAIN.. thanks Sam or whoever you are for embarrassing me. I will be telling everyone I work with and...

Absolutely the best cooked breakfasts in Swansea. Also do vegetarian sausages if required. Outstanding value, and a good sized portion. Tinned tomatoes available if you don't like fresh tomatoes on your breakfast. Nice hot mug of tea, coffee included. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice clean cafe. Enough room for wheelchair users also. Other items of food also available To purchase.
