Went here today was passing bought 2 scoops of Joe's ice cream It was busy there 3 pizzas were left unattended for a minute or 2 On worktop behind counter A fly was buzzing around the food Food was then taken too the customer Gross Ugh I was given my ice cream I admit I did not ask the price I was also not told the price I was Paying with debit card
Debit card reader was presented too me In a rushed manner The bloke said something quickley Maybe he said the price But his attention was elsewhere I regret doing this I payed without knowing what I was paying how much my bank would be debited
I've never ever had this experiance in any other shop ever Card reader was presented too me at angle I could not see the price Yes I should of said something But service They just wanted too get their food orders out too customers Did not expect such poor customer service Too inform customer of the price So Customer can consent too paying that amoint It's standard out of courtesy too do this
I ended up checking amount debited on online banking app
£4 for 2x scoops of Joe's ice cream Daylight robbery It's £3 68p I payed for 2 scoops in verdis last week
This Joe's ice cream tasted nothing like Joe's ice cream And The fly and unattended food I'd never eat at this place I'll never go there again I'd give - 10 stars if I coild AVOID THIS PLACE

The drinks list also had Italian options. There are two main menus, the lower priced 'lunch' menu having smaller portions, making it less likely that you will fall asleep during your afternoon shift, if you're on you're break here! When the drinks arrive, they are perfectly chilled and served with cheerful smiles. The food we had was really good, nicely presented, very tasty and portion sizes were not disappointing at all! The Milanese chicken was obviously a tasty variation if a Cotoletta Milanese, served on a substantial bed of spaghetti in a rich tomato sauce. The meatballs and spaghetti with tomato sauce, were from the 'lunch menu', so had only 3 meatballs, but we wern't fooled by that, it was obvious that these were going to satisfy most appetites, and they did!
