Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Wirral

I asked for a cold drink with coffee in and asked if use do frappes vegan friendly the lady said yes i ordered a coffee frappes with vanilla and vegan cream, I got served a large cup of milk with cream on the top witch I didn't order I didn't ask for , if I wanted a cup of milk I would have asked for it, and I definitely wouldn't chose to pay £6 for a cup of vegan milk and cream that I could make myself, when I asked the lady has it got coffee in she rudely put it down on the side walked off and served another customer instead of fixing the mistake the staff had made it's not my fault the staff got my order wrong, and the fact that she when and served another customer instead of fixing my drink in the first place was just proper rude when it wasn't my mistake , the lady was rude and because she walked off I had to take the full cup of milk because I had already payed £6 for it and I was going to be late for work, the cup or milk was disgusting I would never just drink milk cause I don't like just milk on its own hence why I asked for coffee in it, the staff need to get some manners, and actually do there...

Worst Starbucks service I have ever received, the staff appear to be less the adequate in the use of the till system as they got my coffee incorrect and struggled to serve the person in front of me. When it came to my turn the person on the till gave the epitome of disinterested taking my order and consequently getting it in correct. One of the fundamental reasons for going to Starbucks is for the personal feel it gives you with the simple name on a cup my name not taken by the staff but as a member it’s automatically taken from your account my name not used but coffee order just shouted. I genuinely go to Starbucks based on there inclusivity principles but I feel that it has not made it to this one. With the uncleanliness of the environment leaves me in awe of there hygiene rageing. If I’m here again I’ll go to...

I realise just because you're ordering from Starbucks, doesn't guarantee a decent drink, it's rather inconsistent.

We ordered two Frappicinos, one Strawberry and cream and the Halloween pumpkin spice one.

They managed to completely mess up and gave us a Halloween pumpkin spice iced coffee, just look at my photo as proof, we didn't have the time so couldn't be bothered tell them. Staff ought to read the order label more carefully.

The strawberries and cream was such a disappointment, bland, plain and simple. There was not much strawberry taste in the frappe at all.

Customer care was lacking.

A customer had managed to drop both their pumpkin spice drinks and was everywhere, it took two staff to clean this up, causing delays on serving customers...
