Burger King — Restaurant in Aberdeen

I'd give 5 stars but honestly the employees seemed to be more interested in talking amongst themselves and ignoring us at the drive thru after we got our food ..they just stared at us and literally blatantly did not want to address what we needed ..just napkins and a couple ketchup packets. I believe they thought I had a complaint but regardless customers should not be disregarded at the window for any reason...they were young so I gave them a lil talking to(I mommed em) and I was understanding about it. We were literally the only customers at the drive through as well as the dining area ...so again I say blatantly disregarded maybe a team meeting should be put in place frequently with standards and to be educated on integrity I was in customer svc for 25 years and I'm telling you the customer is NOT always right And can be verbally abusive. Maybe bad experiences led them to ignore us IDK all I know is they were sweet kids but them chit chatting looking at us like we were invisible then turning there backs to us wasn't cool but kids these days right? Managers need to be accountable as well. UPDATE: 3/15/2024 TO THE GUY IN THE LITTLE ROUND SUNGLASSES...(AT NIGHT) YOU ARE A PIECE IF GARBAGE BY RIGHTS I SHOULD FILE A REPORT ON YOU FOR ASSAULT!!77 HOW DARE YOU TAKE A STRAW THAT WAS ASKED FOR BECAUSE IT WASNT WITH THE ORDER FOR THE DRINK, TO BE QUITE FRANK YOU ARE A DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN ...YOU PUT THE STRAW IN YOUR FILTHY MOUTH AND SPIT IT INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME!! Absolutely will NOT ever be going to this Burger King again. I went years without going here due to how filthy it is, and disgusting. But I decided to give it another chance recently and hadn’t had any issues the last few times I went, however tonight was the complete opposite. I was waiting in line at the drive thru to place my mobile order, when this white van came flying in almost hitting my car, she then stopped and kept waving at me to move. There was a line of cars in front of me and I kept trying to tell her I can’t move so she aggressively tried to squeeze through again almost hitting my car, while I have a toddler in the back and pulls in to a spot gets out it’s an employee (pretty sure a manager) and starts screaming and arguing with me like it was my fault. When I did try to complain to the manager about her very aggressive and rude behavior he accused me and questioned why she would purposely try to hit my car like I was lying about it. The whole staff yelled at me to go somewhere else which I had already planned on not eating here at this point with how I was treated. It’s clear this place needs to be shut down. The customer service is nonexistent, they have HORRIBLE attitudes and are just pure lazy. Food all over the floors, flies everywhere and garbage inside and out all over the place. Disgusting. Nothing against other Burger Kings, but this particular location always seems to have issues. We go here once a month or so and have been doing so for at least a few years because we have a kid and they have a play place that is decent for keeping him entertained when we're tired or the weather is bad.

Unfortunately for as long as I can remember their ketchup pump has not really worked. It seems like this would be an obvious and easy thing to replace or fix but it truly hasn't worked the last dozen or so times I've been there.

They have one of those cool Coke Freestyle machines that has like 100+ options for drinks. However, is just feels dirty. Almost since they got it years ago the button has just been sticky and gross. About half the times I've been there over half the flavors were not working, even for basic flavors like Coke and Dr. Pepper.

Today we had a cashier that was visibly very irritated when I tried to use a coupon from the BK app. She eventually gave up and charged us regular price without telling us.

Then we got our food and there was a giant dead fly on the tray.
