I entered the pick up/curbside door to find out why I was experiencing and issue placing my order online and to make sure my order actually went through because the transaction went through according to my bank text alerts but I didn’t receive a confirmation. Who ever was working today approximately @3pm 10/6/2020...didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. He literally looked at me and walked past me I had to say “excuse me can you make sure my order came through?” He looked as if I was inconveniencing him walked away without saying anything and came back and said “what’s your name?” He said he didn’t have my order and walked away again. So i stood wondering was he checking or what. I went back to my car, called my bank which confirmed the transaction went through. I went back into the store asked had he received anything and he said no and called out to the kitchen to remake someone else’s order. I asked should I call the corporate office to see if they could see the order he said “no, no one is there”. No elaboration no suggest to wait a few moments to see if the order came through....nothing.
To add further indication That my presence was obviously an inconvenience to him. a white woman walked in she was acknowledged and greeted politely given her order and left. As I stood there a white man placed his order, realized his card was declined and began Removing items from is order So he could pay cash instead. The Pei Wei MANAGER said how much money do you have the customer replied $13 He then reached out his hand to except the money he said don’t worry about it go ahead I’ve got it. So as I mentioned I was Neither greeted or acknowledged know nor offered any type of suggestion as to where my order was or a solution I even offered to show the guy that the transaction did go through on my account. But the other two customers were greeted politely an assistant as needed above and beyond I didn’t ask for anything free I just want my food...
Read moreI walk in to the restaurant and the music is blasting very loud. They ask if the order is for here or a pick up. I said here. They ask for my name. I said it's for here. The lady repeated.... what's the name on the order. I said it's for dine in. Then a guy comes to the counter. He asked me the name on the order. I said it's for here as in dinning in. I order beef and broccoli and they bring me an entirely different order. The guy rang me up for Mongolian steak instead. Then I said that's not what I ordered and that I order beef and broccoli. Then he asked me if that's what I ordered. I said NO, I ORDERED BEEF AND BROCCOLI. The people working here have to be on some of that good stuff and floating on cloud 9 or something. One good thing is that the restaurant itself is very clean but turn the music down. When I finally got my order the food was just ok. I hope they can turn this place around. I just finished my meal...I had small pieces mushrooms all over in my beef and broccoli from them reusing ingredients from the messed up order.

Dirty silverware, tables balanced with napkins still, when I first walked in I stood there to be waited on for 4-5 minutes. Everyone was in the back and no one out front. They blast music at this location. I asked for it to be turned down and they did for a moment. Read moreIm a local delivery driver...this Pei Wei location has cost me alot of time and money due to they can never get the food ready until AFTER the posted delivery time. Even without a single person in the restaurant...they are consistent with making delivery orders late. Would love to know what the hundreds of other delivery drivers think about this location and if they too also experience this as of in my 2 years delivering in this area...i dont think i can recall a single time where i have made an ontime delivery for this location...i generally decline orders for this location because the payout for thier orders is usually barely over $4 so in my opinion...since using my own gas and time and that $3 is customer tip $1 is my delivery pay...and since the restaurant sets the pickup time...if food is not ready by that time...the restaurant is now costing me money as of that $4 was earned in the process of getting to the restaurant by gas and time. Now the actual customer will rate me negative because the food is delivered late. Having low ratings can cost us our jobs...this location needs to get thier act together when it comes to their deliveries and take out/pick up. Either put appropriate pick up times that actually match your inhouse and takeout volume....meaning you may know it takes 10 minutes to make an order but if it wont be started for another 20 dont say pick up in...
