I was a new customer. I came in this place one morning with my boyfriend. My first impression was good the area was clean and quiet. When I got inside it felt cozy warm and welcoming. There were no other customers besides us. I ordered a ham, egg cheese plain bagel. He ordered a BLT sandwich. The clerk I assume the manager or owner answered my questions but appeared to not be concerned or interested about the customer. He did not go over and beyond to recommend any popular bagels or menu items with us. Awkward. We placed our order anyway and continued to look at the kids drawings on the wall, very cute. Food: Croissant and bagel sandwiches galore! They also serve coffee.
Customer service: They are so nice and super helpful. Always has a smile on his face.
Tip: Because their bagels are house-made and super fresh (made on the same day you order), they are sold for $5 a pack the next day if you want to bring some bagels home with you!
