We went here on Christmas Day and the place was cleaned out (like literally nothing left on trays). Which I think is totally fine, I didn’t have a problem with that. What I did have an issue with was they continued to seat people in the buffet to eat knowing they wouldn’t have food. That’s kind of deceitful in my opinion, but the server was kind, probably just doing what was asked of her. We waited for almost 2 hours and nothing new came out. And I get it was a very busy day, but I do think as a business it would have been better to turn people away instead of having people pick through food that had been sitting out all day. Also having to wait 30mins to an hour until they can refill the food trays in not okay! Food isn’t fresh just microwaved and served (I know the difference between freshly cooked and freshly microwaved food). Anyways don’t waste money here unless you’re wanting to get disappointed with Dragon palaces services and limited...
