Rating based on the actual restaurant, not the food..
Horrible experience. I'm visiting from AZ and some of my family told me about how their burgers are good, so I pull up to the drive thru and you could tell the girl on the intercom wasn't really giving me her full attention as I tried to order, you could hear her giggling in the background. I have no problem with employees having fun, but not during the middle of a transaction....anyways I pull up to the window to pay and about 10 mins or so go by before anyone even thinks to check on us... I must've seen 5 or 6 different employees walk by the window with not even a glance. It looked like the middle of a shift change so I bit my tongue and finally we were helped by a guy who asked us what we ordered. I told him and he checked the computer and saw the girl never even put in our order! So he takes our order and tells me that he even heard me earlier place the order so he's not sure why she didn't put it in and by his reaction, seems like she's done it before.
Anyways, thanks to the one employee who actually gave a damn about us, we got our order in for 6 burgers and pulled into one of the parking spots to wait for our food. I'm pretty patient and I understand that the food is made to order, but 25 minutes go by and other patrons who I know ordered after us are all getting their food.
Finally one of the other male employees comes out with our food and wouldn't ya know, they only had 5 of the 6 we ordered. I showed him our receipt which clearly showed 6 burgers and he asked if I "wanted them to go back and make another burger"....... I felt bad for the kid as he seemed kind've new, but YEAH I want them to go and provide what we paid for. So he takes the burgers back with him to go speak with whoever, comes back and says they only had a record of us purchasing 5....showed him the receipt again and he asks if he can show the receipt to his manager...at this point I went into the store with him only to have another employee (not the manager) look at the receipt and have them make another one. The first guy who helped me with the payment at the window sees me and asks me what happened so I told him about the screw up and he apologizes which I appreciated, but it unfortunately doesn't change the fact that I almost went full-Karen because of crazy amounts of incompetence.
I don't buy into the whole "customer is always right" stuff, but this was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment.
The only redeeming quality was the burger was good, but even that wouldn't persuade me to ever...
Read moreJust want to let you know a little bit something about Blake's lotaburger have you ever tried to get a job there don't because they are nothing but a bunch of liars I applied at Blake's and I try to get a job there at they did a background check come to find out they said they had some charges that were they found your county saying that it was me with those charges my number one I'm not from the state I'm from out of state well just to let you know that Big lots of burger will be getting a lawsuit for discriminating me I'm hiring a lawyer here because they find somebody else's with the same person who cares I don't want to work at Blake's anyway all I want to do is judge people saying a person has a criminal background but a person that wants to work and that doesn't have a criminal background like myself being from out of state looking for a job they don't want to hire but they'd rather hire people that don't want to work well I hope the CEO read this because they'll all be in court soon watch I already talked to an attorney and Blake and cutting edge will be into some trouble because the lady from HR told me if I can prove to them to see if it wasn't me how am I going to get something from the court if it wasn't even me the number one they sent me the wrong information if I had a bad criminal background while I'm working for a big corporation that doesn't make for that big corporation if I had a felony or a messed up that's okay block Blake's lotaburger a lot of trouble for discriminating me and I will win in court so anybody that wants to go to Blake's go ahead if you want to go eat somewhere go to Whataburger those are the best burgers anyway fresh burgers always made...

Placed an order online for pick up last night at 9:15. Arrived at 9:25 to find the doors locked (operating hours state until 10, no where does this say “drive -through only until 10”). As I’m pulling on the door, an employee looks up and points at her drive through head set then turns around.
I take the hint, get in the drive through, and find myself stuck behind a very indecisive customer who ultimately placed a huge order. When I pull up I wait a solid 60s before anyone asks for my order. Rather than pull the other driver around front and walk his food out to expedite getting me my food, which was already prepared and paid for, I wait nearly 10min to even get to the window.
The final straw for me- when I got to the window, none opened it for FOUR MINUTES.
In total I waited 15 minutes (timed it) for an order that I had placed and paid for ahead of time. By the time I got home (I’m less than 2 minutes away) my burgers were both cold and the edges of the buns and patties were hard. I would have been so much better off NOT placing my order in advance despite the fact the I showed up exactly when instructed.
I’ll also say that it is very telling that the management of this location seems to only respond to 4 and 5 star reviews. It’s a poor business model to decide not to make things right when customers have concerns, and again, I’ll be recommending that no one eat at...
