Bob's Burgers — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I don’t understand how a place called Bobs Burgers can serve burgers as obviously microwaved and flavorless as whatever eldritch abomination I just ate. Ordered the Bacon burger and all I could taste was an overloaded weird mixture of Mayo/Mustard and cheese, the bacon was warmish-cold when I was served it, and the Pattie’s were as flat, flexible, and tasteless as if they were just straight up rubber. On the service end, all of the employees were huddled around the register listening to me and my dad order our food giving us a weird impatient look when it was our first time ever walking in that establishment. We didn’t even take long to order it was literally 30 seconds of looking at the menu then saying what we wanted. Really disappointed overall, I was hoping a place called Bobs Burgers would at least have decent fast food burgers but instead I ate whatever tier you’d call anything below McDonalds. The fact that it even costed more than McDonalds is an insult...

Too bad I can't give minus stars... We ate here recently and had the worst fast food customer service possible by Oliver and crew. 😟Congratulations to this team on a job NOT well done.👎👎 Never before had we been treated like we don't matter and that our presence is unwelcome. No matter how pleasant we were and the questions we asked, Oliver responses were so minimal, ride and gave us dirty looks like we were supposed know the menu items. He served us our order like we were some low life's off the street that he just wanted to get us out of the store. All of our tacos were broken like they had been thrown into the bag. The service at this location STINKS… They don’t seem to care about the customer… I called in an order so I would not have to wait in the long line that was out the door (slow line …) I was told to wait in the same line as the people placing an order. That’s the whole reason for a call in… is so your food is fresh and hot to pick up… not something that has been waiting on the counter until it’s your turn to be called on to order and pay.
