This hotel was my worst stay ever I won't ever stay at this location again tub didn't work lights didn't work they turn their heat off when it was 13° outside literally the heater never caught up by the time I actually checked out in the morning I could not shower because the tub after filling it to try the jacuzzi filled with a bunch of dirt and grime and the water just turned on see through I called down to the front desk and ask for help I was told that I wouldn't get a maintenance man until 10:00 p.m. so I stayed up until 11:30 at night after traveling for 3 Days on the freeway needing to sleep and no one ever showed up to my room to fix it I go down to check it out in the morning and let the lady know that no one ever showed up to my room and then she tried to lie about it as I then told her it was her that I spoke to and she said that oh he must have fallen asleep not a big deal no it kind of was a big deal because then I had to travel for two more days with no shower thenI was very unhappy I couldn't shower I rented that room at $100 plus just because of the jacuzzi in the room that he talked was so good and worked so well no it didn't work no the tub didn't work it doesn't drain terrible location and then I asked for him to be able to call me back saying I'm told he's the manager and the owner or whatever and no one bothered to call me back so now I'm going to dispute the charge with choice and my credit card I just called to speak with the manager of the hotel and the lovely lady at the front desk who has an attitude decided to tell me that I can just deal with choice and then she thought she was smart by erasing My choice rewards membership point number from my reservation so it would go off of my app and not do anything for me but what she should have made sure of is that when I checked out I wasn't videotaping her which I was so now we can put that all over social media so everybody can see that the manager there is terrible one of the worst individuals I have ever come across in my entire life

Update 01/12/25 So I got a generic email from this hotel telling me it's a training moment. No!! It was not. I didn't get any discount for being a training moment. This manager lady needs to be fired. She should not be working there at all. She literally ruined my stay. A long with all the issues or the room. The guy who checked me in awesome. She has no personality. She is rude. So I have contacted choice with the videos and pictures. And this hotel needs to issue a full refund to me immediately or I'll forward everything to my card company so they can see I didn't get at all what I paid for. Which is grounds for me being granted my refund. But Choice Hotels needs to know what this manager is doing to "Diamond" members. Don't stay here. To elsewhere where they do care...

This location has two very nosy, unprofessional, and rude employees. I reserved a room here for two nights, and when I got here they didn't even have my reservation allegedly. Im pregnant , keep that in mind. The first day ,I arrived I had to call the office to let them know that there was two females knocking, pounding, kicking my door for no reason and I needed his services/security. The second incident that first day I had one of my friends bring me some extra clothes cuz I had just gotten out of the hospital. The first male employee told me that I had to check out the next morning because I had somebody in my room, I told them that the person only came to drop off clothes and then left and he still told me check out is in the morning. The second day comes and I am 1 hour before to check out because they told me I had to leave, the other male employee calls me to the office and speaks to me about the incident that happened the night before and I told him and he let me stay because he heard what I had to say. I had my midwife come to the hotel and check my vaginal area because I was having some issues mind you I'm pregnant, when is the mail employees comes knocking on my door barges in and I am half-dressed almost naked having my midwife check me out and he said they're better not be nobody in the room with you. So I got scared I put my midwife in the bathroom for a second, and this male employee barges in bust the door open and demands to see who's in there and me I'm freaking out pregnant worried about what's going on down there and he goes to the bathroom tells my midwife that we all need to go.. this is at 12:30 in the morning.. this hotel needs to be put on blast for their unprofessional employees and very very unprofessionalism.. no mail should be brushing into a female's room especially half-dressed and demant to see who's in there, a simple phone call would have solved everything. Then they tried to keep my deposit because I didn't let them know that my midwife was there. We stayed for two nights in a multi-city NM trip. I’ve stayed in cheaper nicer rooms in resort towns, and don’t mind and imperfect experience but this place is on my never again list. The room was not clean-the tub area had black mold on the ceiling and the bathtub looked super dingy and like it needed a good scrubbing. There was gum and hair stuck to one of the towel hooks in the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t have a latch so used a washrag to wedge it shut. The floors were dirty, turning my feet black after a shower while I was trying to get dressed. The plastic coating on the shelves in the refrigerator was all cracked and the metal was rusted. The curtains didn’t close all the way. There were wires and other bits hanging off of the hvac unit that were always in the way. The shower head was crusted with hard water minerals and took 3x as long to rinse my hair and the wait for hot water was 10+ minutes of wasting water. There were cigarettes stuffed in the cracks of the stairs at the back of the property (another indication of the lack of cleaning). I would have skipped writing this review if the clerk at checkout would have said something like “ I hope you enjoyed your stay” but when I said I was checking out she just said ok.
