My Sister today 3/7/2023, was at Jimmy John's with my Father and her service animal. The manager came out of the back and kicked my family out. What the hell???
One a service animal in full gear, that is not bothering anyone. Why? Why would you do this? The manager did not ask if they were a service animal. She had a vest clearly stating "Service Dog" "Do Not Touch."
This is the last time I take my money to Jimmy John's. I hope corporate figures something out about this store, It's ridiculous this happened.
2 Years ago. I tend to not write reviews much. But, this time finally deserves it.
I went to JJ's during my lunch break on my mother's birthday. I ordered my food which included 2 cookies.
My mom went to check what the cookie looked like and it wasn't there. She called up and we then realized we didn't get a receipt either. The management was horrid. They told my mom that they haven't seen an order with 2 cookies. Blatant lie, as my order was just about $30. Would've been closer to $25 if I didn't get cookies.
My mom relayed what we ordered and all they did was "put $1.50 on her account" which I doubt because the last couple times we've had JJ's at this location that resulted in "credit" never happened.
Jimmy John's find better management. Great workers and friendly (little forgetful as per the cookies) but management...
Read moreFirst of all I used to work at a Jimmy John’s, at the location on Louisiana & Menaul which is under a different owner. So once I parted ways with that location I figured I would give this one a try because I used to love the one on Paseo. When I went I ordered my sandwich tried to order number four she told me that it came with cheese which it doesn’t… Then proceeded to say the order wrong four times then when I said it again she was getting antsy about me ordering it and then when I tried to order double meat double cheese she told me there was cheese on the sandwich which the number four doesn’t come with cheese… And then afterwards she proceeded to tell me after I said that the number four didn’t come with cheese again asked me if I wanted cheese I said I wanna double cheese and then she proceeds to tell me that’s all you have to say, I’m sorry but where I come from you don’t backtalk a customer no matter what. But anyways moral of the story I think I’m done with Jimmy Johns in general… And I don’t think if you’re going to work in customer service you should talk to...
Read moreThis place was a disaster!!!! First off I asked if they had Whole Wheat subs, the gal at the register said yes, so I ordered one as my wife and I usually split them. When my number was called at the pickup window I did not see a sub, just a little tiny wrapped sandwich. So I told the lady I ordered a full Whole Wheat Sub. She told me they didn’t have whole Wheat subs. So I took it and returned to the cashier and asked for another Whole wheat sandwich. Then I waited and waited. Finally a lady came up and asked if the sub sitting there was mine. I asked if they had found a Whole Wheat Sub, she said no it was a white bread sub, so I told it it wasn’t mine, however the number in the ticket matched my order number. So the cashier has screwed up once again. They made me a duplicate sandwich and I went on outside to eat with my wife who was waiting at the patio tables outside. What a crazy place!!!
