Panda Express — Restaurant in Albuquerque

ordered through GrubHub had never been to this particular location before had always ordered from the one on Eubank and menaul. I ordered beef with broccoli and the honey nut chicken looks like they had ran out of the honey nut chicken and didn't think I would notice that they added the honey nut shrimp good thing that I noticed that because I am definitely allergic to shrimp didn't even bother calling them because I was so upset so livid that they would just throw anything in there it just showed me what they think of their customers and their customer service there are many Panda expresses in town I would stay away from this one at all costs not only did I find a Honey nut shrimp order in there and not just one shrimp it was like more than than the two order entree that I ordered they then added chicken and string bean in there as well to put more chicken in there yet they guess they didn't see those two large string beans poking out and maybe didn't think I'd noticed that either. I have learned that when you order through GrubHub these restaurants like to blame GrubHub for everything so I did not feel GrubHub was responsible for this the restaurant was my driver also asked them for extra sweet and sour sauce they did not do that either The only thing that was correct was the egg roll which was ice cold and we lived very close I could see my room my driver was he came straight to my house this was the coldest food I had ever gotten so it has not deterred me from Panda Express it is just deterred me from this Panda Express I will never ever go to this one again. and I won't bother calling the store manager obviously they are aware of this and don't care so I will call the corporate office sometimes he just got to go above and beyond and so that's...

I like the food here better than Hawaii Grill in Coronado Mall. I am a regular customer. I was satisfied with the amount of food I got according to the price I paid. But these days, there is a guy named Basit who serves the food and his serving is really very less than what I used to get before. Today, I was served by a lady who had put a decent amount of fried rice on my plate. Mr. Basit took over the lady amd served with my entrees. I had 6 pieces of Honey Sesame chicken and veggies more than meat in the black pepper chicken. It was not even busy there and he did not bother to balance the chicken and veggies. Also, I have been unsatisfied with his service and serving since a month now. I would just go to some other place to eat if I saw him serving there. Bit today I could not help because he took over the lady. I noted his name from the name tag on his shirt. Also he has missed the fortune cookies with my order several times in a row. Usually I eat at this Panda when I visit the mall... So Good! I get the Panda Bowl with fried rice and Orange Chicken... I know it's not that original bit why mess with a good thing. The egg rolls are pretty good too.. I have had both the chicken and the Spring rolls and I prefer the spring rolls with the sweet and sour sauce... Plus you get 2... Even though they're smaller... Don't think of it like that... You get 2 spring rolls😉 If I'm hungrier I'll get a 2 Item ... Sometimes Half Friend rice half chow mein with orange chicken and Kung Pao chicken or black pepper chicken... Or the teriyaki chicken... When it's Chinese New year time...
