Update 3/08/24 - So as per the establishments reply on this comment, I emailed my concerns on 2/25/24 (to the email given in their reply). And as of today I have not received an email reply or a phone call. I will assume that they must have written their reply just for âshowâ and to pretend to be concerned and that they want to make things right. Well apparently they donât care nor are they concerned, otherwise they would have replied to my email. Very unprofessional. I would hate for someone else to go through what my husband and I went through after eating our food that night. I will never recommend your establishment to anyone. Not even an apology from them!
Just driving through town and decided to order a large Philly Cheese Streak combo with large fries and a sprite. Sprite had too much syrup, and it also had a weird taste like maybe the soda lines and parts havenât been cleaned in months! The cheese steak was VERY dry and had a teeny tiny bit of mayo and like one or two onions and there were NO mushrooms!! I requested some items to be removed, but I did not ask for the mushrooms to be removed. This sandwich was dry as hell and it did not taste good at all. Of course we ate it any way because after driving cross country, and being exhausted and hungry, what else were we supposed to do? The Uber Eats delivery guy was great though. Just wish we could say the same for our dinner! It sounds like maybe employees or stockholders must be writing the reviews because it definitely deserves a 1 star. EDIT About 30 mins after I wrote my review, both my husband and I had a horrible stomach ache. We both ended up in the bathroom!!    Read moreFirst. Kudos to Deandre dude was very polite and patient. I ordered 3 meals. One no onions, no peppers and no mayo. The second was no cheese. When I saw the receipt did not say no mayo I walked up right away. While I was standing there waiting for someone to us help us, she noticed the sandwich with no cheese had cheese and Deandre fixed it right away, but by the time I was able to get the girl in the red hair attention they had made the sandwich with mayo. When I told her that I had also requested no mayo she said well it didn't say that and said I had to wait till all the other sandwiches were made because they were behind. So I had to wait for their mistake. When I finally got the sandwich, it was missing the fries. I walked back and asked if I can get the fries, the kid with the curly hair got an attitude and said they're in there. I told him no and showed him the box, Deandre stepped up and said he forgot to put them in there. Curly hair was still having a attitude and told him to stop. I told him to just refund the meal I didn't eat. The guy that took our order actually called his manager and refunded the whole thing.    Read moreOrdered online. Two sandwiches and fries, food was already cold the minute I got there (two minutes after ordering) they threw it together. Only two people working, both looked to be about 16. No actual manager or adult around. Just two kids running a little food spot. Couldnât even make the sandwiches right and the meat was 100% old and cooked wayyyy before i ordered. There was no sauces on either, just half melted cheeses and old food that easily sat there all day. They werenât wearing gloves, werenât wearing belts, kept using their ungloved hands to grab their pants from the inside and pick them up, then touch my food. I worked in the food industry, I understand things go wrong and it can be stressful. There wasnât one other person there nor order in. Two hours before close?? This is just plain neglect and a management team letting a couple kids make a quick buck while letting customers pay their hard earned money for food that is less quality than if I just had a pop tart for dinner.
