I recently had a frustrating experience with this company ] that I feel compelled to share. First and foremost, their lack of transparency regarding their return policy is unacceptable. Only vague responses and ultimately no clear information. It was only after the purchase that their policy was far from customer-friendly.
The situation worsened corporate office was notified. They were dismissive and one-sided, failing to adhere to their own return policy. Instead of offering a resolution, the manager or claimed to be her name was Krystal threatened to become a paralegal, which felt completely unprofessional and intimidating and could not pull up information regarding the purchase. They stated the return policy was online but did not provide clear disclaimer on their policy regarding returns. They stated the policy was on a receipt that was not provided at the time of purchase. Plus the items had not been picked up and it was less the thirty days of purchase when the return was requested.
Additionally, the company was misleading about financing options. They use a secondary company to facilitate purchase, but the terms were not clearly explained, leading to confusion and unexpected costs. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. Come to find out they use an extremely high secondary company finance company and in my opinion sold a great story to young adults with good credit into using a high interest rate company instead of offering in store credit options. This is because they get paid out directly and then have this high interest rate companies take over and lease jewelry. Ridiculous! What a con! Their lack of knowledge about providing clear transparency and policies only adds to the unprofessionalism and frustration.

We went looking for rings roughly two weeks ago. We were unsure of what we wanted, the cut, the band the size. This was new territory for the both of us. We went to multiple stores where customer service and educating us or even showing us rings seemed to be a burden. From the second we walked into Helzberg we were greeted by Carole wo made us feel comfortable and who was engaged in the importance for us and our rings. She took the time to educate us about Helzberg, their diamonds and each cut and band style. She went above and beyond to be patient and showed us probably every ring in store until we were completely satisfied. We went back and forth on a couple rings with the hard decision of picking only one because they were all so pretty. She was just as bubbly and excited as we were and made sure we saw all the angles before making our ultimate decisions. She rushed both of our rings for us as we are eloping to Maui this week. Well, we picked them up yesterday as she promised and when we both saw them, we were speechless. Both of our rings were 100X more beautiful then we remembered and the setting even more intricate then we remembered. I truly hope that everyone sees this message and goes to Carole as she was a God send in our search. Helzberg please recognize her for us and ensure that you hold on to her! I had brought all my jewelry to get inspected and noticed her ring was missing when I got home, we checked the bad we had all the jewelry in an nothing called the store and said the would call back and nothing so going back in May I told an oriental worker and she was going to look in to it for me and has but just recently we went over the weekend to find a follow up on my daughters ring the oriental representative said that she has not yet heard a pull up regarding the ring, or with corporate or management regarding a situation or a resolution another worker that was blonde tall and white argued and said it was out of their hands. It was not shown on the camera, so I needed to figure out elsewhere what to do my husband and I heard her say that, and repeated it, and later she denies saying that she never said it was out of their hands.
