I walked up the counter to place an order and the 2 of the 3 people working were talking about how unhappy they were that they WERE working. One of the 2 workers was letting the other know that he left a stove or burner or something on over night, because when he got to work, the whole place was filled with smoke. This is probably something you should be talking about out of customer ear shot.
When I was finally helped, the lady who handed me my drink didn't fasten the lid and soda spilled on my pizza. I asked for another slice which was like, the BIGGEST INCONCENIENCE EVER based off the pained look in the cashiers eyes, and lack of apology. I mean, he saw what happened, I was still at the damn register. I sat down to enjoy my lunch, the lid AGAIN popped off my soda, and this time spilled all over the food, tray, and myself. I went back to the counter and waited for someone to come out of the back. Finally, a woman walked up to me and I asked for a manager. She just stood there and starred at me, and I asked her "is that you?" and she replied with "ya". I explained the situation AGAIN, and she could see based on the soda-soaked pizza, that there was a problem. I asked for a refund. She walked off and came back a few seconds later to process the refund. She then told me "you need to throw all that out yourself. I wont take it back over the counter." There was literally soda spilled everywhere. I made more of a mess taking it to the trash myself. As I turned to throw it out, I told her "you know, an apology would have been nice!" and she just starred at me.
Beth, the general manager needs serious managerial skill training. She didn't offer an apology, offer to remake the order, a freaking coupon, NOTHING! Familar with this company since cali and this place should call there pizza bread and smeared tomato only + burnt because they are so cheap with adding any cheese its digusting how the employees put none of it on the pizza!! Im paying for it should it not have some decent amout of cheese on it? Im not ordering heated bread with a smear of tomato on it!!! The boss/owner is probably dumb by teaching the employees to do this (money saving measure) & you can tell by putting little Specs of cheese!! And when i ask for extra cheese to put nothing more on it and paying extra!! What the hell guys come on now do I have to point this out to you so you van wake up and realize you gain more customers by not ripping them off on high priced pizza thats not even a pizza!? You will have alot more happy customers with people talking about you guys in a good way bringing more business (more steady income) if you made the pizzas correctly and not skimping on cheese and toppings! And make a few of them if your are worried about waisting and made to order instead of re-heating mornings cook. Plus stop burning them please! I have to tell myself no whenever I want to go get a pizza from you guys because its just pan and Im from California they made them nearly perfect there! Always busy at there locations too!!! I normally get the baked ziti because i love it and i placed an order for it around 1:30 and didn’t receive it until 2:35 when the pickup was 2:15. Me and my partner stood there for 7+ minutes just to be talked to and ended up having to wait in the line just for the pickup. we sat there watching the workers ignore us when the only question i had was if i needed to get a refund or how much longer it was going to take. Carlos the cashier then had the audacity to walk away from us as soon as we got to the register to help the guy behind us. it’s simply rude and unprofessional. he then told his manager that we were being rude when me and my partner didn’t say anything the whole time other than that we had a pickup and we placed it way earlier than what it was.
