I have never eaten at a Raisin Cane's. I was on my way back from a VA hospital appointment & saw this new restaurant right before I got onto the interstate. It was 12:18 so parking lot was full. They have a BIG 2 car drive through (attached pic). I parked in an over flow area. Went inside to find a very clean well setup Restaurant. Staff were patient & helpful due to it being my first time. The seating area was broken up in a way that gave everyone a feeling of space. Restrooms were clean & locked with a code, only for customers. Food was out quickly, plentiful, hot, & taste great. I had the 3 chicken tenders combo. 3 tenders, fries, TX toast, & sweet tea. Plenty for a big guy like me. THEY HAVE BREWED SWEET TEA!!! Hard to find here in New Mexico. With free refills. Very nice outside seating area. Parking lot isn’t big enough for large RVs or trailers.

Food is great! Location is great. People and cleanliness need some major work. Inside is wrecked. I asked them if they could wipe the table off because but it had crumps all over it and the girl told the manager that it wasn’t her job. I told the manager I didn’t mean to cause any drama, just wanted the table clean for my family. He didn’t seem to care or apologize.

held me down on my road trip from Albuquerque to Farmington, had the four strips combo and the meat is pretty fresh and the fries were two and they got progressively cold which I like lol, the coleslaw I wish I could swap out for mashed potatoes but the Texas toast is pretty good overall decent but a long wait even on the drive-thru so it took about 30 minutes

I'm done with going to this place of business, they're alway's forgetting the side's, or a whole entire sandwich and fries, so unreliable on all level's, and the last time I was there was on June 23, 2025, and one of the drink's that I ordered had a fly in it. And Rachel and Cody treated me like if I had ripped them off! They told me that in order to obtain a refund, I had to do it on the same day, like if I knew that the fly was going to be in my drink, like if I could predict the future, then I would have called them to let them know about the fly being in my drink. And what does it matter, I had my receipt, it's not like if they gave me my food for free. So my next step is to call and complain to their corporate office, and call the health inspector, because while I was waiting for Cody to give me back my money, what a coincidence, two of their staff member's were throwing out the trash, from inside the restaurant, which was disgusting, they could've at least done it when the restaurant was empty, and or closed, they need to be re-trained, including the manager, as well as the general manager, they need better customer service, so that people keep returning to their...

We LOVE Cane’s, and we’re from Louisiana so this is a favorite stop of ours. This one just opened a few weeks ago and we went on opening day. We were very excited there was one down the road now. However, first impression: the line was short and slow. It took us 20 minutes from the time we placed our order at the drive through to actually getting to the window to get our food. The line was not long. Secondly, the fries were over salted and the chicken fry was dry and darker compared to Raising Cane’s standard. It was not the best we’ve ever had, it was actually the worst we’d ever had. A couple of weeks later we decided to give it another go to see if maybe that was a one time thing. It wasn’t. The second time was the same experience as the first— long wait in a short line, over salted fries (and they were hard) and dry chicken. This time even our bread was over cooked. It was very disappointing both times because we’ve had amazing Cane's here in Albuquerque at the location on Wyoming, and we know our Cane’s. Sad to say we’ll never be going to the location on...

Major safety issues because they are putting plastic utensils right on top of your food after the food has been handled your food is being contaminated and they should be putting the plastic utensils in the plastic bags not inside the food containers once food is prepared no one should be touching it on top of hot cooked food. Those utensils come out of boxes were bugs rats dust other things come into contact. If you're trying to be ahead of the process but the utensils in the bags for you to go orders not inside our boxes where our food was prepared and sealed once the box with our food the sealed nothing should break. the seal this is completely unsafe and no other restaurant practices this unsafe practice mind-blowing considering we're still dealing with covid and its flu season right around the corner did you not learn anything from covid? About hygiene that is and how to handle food safely please change your policy and show that you care about your...
