[You will get amazing service by staff, very friendly and talkative. Food is prepared extremely fast. Price is also very impressive for the quality of barbecue food. Place does get busy so might have to wait but trust me the wait if it’s any is worth it. Closest thing to real Texas BBQ I have tasted outside of Texas.]

~ Ribs are solid, great taste, lacks a little in comparison to the sandwiches but that’s just my personal option. Very chewy which is nice and has that smoked aroma and spice.

~ Baker Potatoes 🥔, very filling even the ones with out meat. Smoked just right each time and a very impressive sizes. Yes that photo is one of their baker potato’s! That’s the biggest one I have ever gotten so I had to take a picture normally a little bit smaller then that don’t worry!

~ Great Pulled Pork Sandwich: Bun is nice and cooked just right tastes very buttery but not to much. The meat is moist and heavy with flavor and richness. Extra/ Make sure to ask for the pulled pork to be separate if you are doing to go or ordering in person and leaving just so your buns don’t get soggy. Great combo is the potato salad...

I am sorry to have to leave this review. This is my 1st experience with Rudy's. I ordered online to be delivered to my workplace for lunch. The process was easy enough, but I was a bit shocked with the almost $24 price tag for .5 lb pork ribs and 2 individual sides. Oh well, as long as the food was good, it would be worth it. The delivery was good. What I received was a bag with 5 very small ribs that are extremely dry and look as if they are a day, if not more, old, 2 tiny individual sides ( not bad flavor in the beans and potato salad), and 2 tiny bbq sauces, on the side and not on the ribs. Not even a container for the ribs..just in a bag 😳. Nothing to eat them off of, no eating utensils, no napkins.. just a bag. I found a bowl and a fork..and paper towels! This is so terribly disappointing.. I called Rudy's with the intention of just informing them of the experience, and the response was "sorry about the food, but I can't issue a refund, you'll have to call DoorDash". Hmmm... well, I didn't ask for a refund, but thank you for confirming that you did not listen to anything I had to say.. thus.. my need to post...

I’ve been going to Rudy’s for a loooong time and it was never this bad. Per my experience we always received good tasting food and exactly what we ordered….. in the past year we fell in love with their breakfast tacos but service has been terrible. I understand we are all human and make mistakes and that’s why I believe in second chances BUT this is the FOURTH time I did not receive what I ordered. Every time I order 2 breakfast tacos with eggs, potatoes, brisket and cheese with green chili on the side and this time I received eggs, green chili, cheese and potato’s in it…..WRONG…. I did not order green chili inside my taco due to family members allergies so now I had to throw that taco away. Last time there was no brisket in it, before that no brisket and only had 1 piece of potato. When I addressed the issue they said… no worry, we will make sure it’s correct this time and still made me pay…. Nope nope.

I will not be returning, it is completely waist of my time and I am paying for something I did not order. Totally not worth the money...
