First of all, I placed an order online for the Vista Oriente location off of Unser. Took the time to go online after spending all day at the hospital (Presbyterian). I was going to order here but the order wouldn't go through, so I placed it closer to my house. I paid online with the FLBOGO. When my sister went to pick up the order, at 6:30 p. M , Nov 6th, 22, the employee said that they were out of meatballs. The employee offered to substitute or refund, so I went into the Presbyterian hospital subway location to check out the menu. The employee working the "building subs" counter was nice and over heard my conversation. He said he could take care of it. I was relieved for a moment. He began building 1 sandwich. I had ordered a FLBOGO. THE LINE SUDDENLY BEGAN TO SWELL. The other male employee jumped in to fix the mistake and built another sandwich. I get up to go to the cashier and she informed me that they could only do the transaction if it was a digital coupon, online. So I sat down to place the order that was already done and waiting. It took forever for the transaction to come in over their system, so that I could pay. Very upsetting, although the employees at this location were kind and tried to be very helpful. Meanwhile my sister was calling me from the other location to say that the employee at the Vista Oriente location could not process a refund without a manager present. What a hassle. So now I must make another trip into this location to have the manger sign off on a refund. All in all, quite an exhausting upsetting evening. Come on, "out of meatballs" ? So I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Online for over an hour combined for all the orders. This is Vista Oriente's location fault. The rest was a series of misunderstandings at the Presbyterian Hospital location. Now does this mean I will need to go in first to make sure they have the inventory and then order online? Wow....
Read moreStopped into the subway today, inside presbyterian. It was well... A bit chaotic for the staff. The was a rather large line, with only 2 guys working. They both appear green, 1 wearing his hat kinda sideways. I watched an employee sniff sauce cause they didn't know what sauce they put in a bottle. I got no sauce on my sandwich because of this. Just salt and pepper. Usually this is premixed in a container for a sprinkle ya know. As my wife is in the hospital I glance down at my phone finish a message and then promptly pay for my sandwich, cookie 6pack and soda which was way overpriced at 20 bucks. I get back to her room and the sandwich has so much pepper on it, it's not edible. Ide challenge anyone to eat a sandwich with this much pepper like woah, 2 bites in my lips are on fire. 20 bucks down the drain -...
Read moreI work at presbyterian and i know subway is suppose to be open until 3 am. Today at 1:15 am i went to get lunch and it was closed. luckily it is a weekday and i was able to go to the cafeteria where they gladly took my money. If this would have been the weekend i would have been screwed with no lunch. if you are going to your hours you need to give the staff advance notice. This is highly unfair to the night shift as we rely on subway being open until a certain time. 1 pm is mid way through our shift and that is usually when we eat. If you aren't going to be open you should give us advance notice or let another business take your spot and...
