What an amazing find! Ordered a meal for lunch and another for dinner. Had the Street Noodle Curry and a side of Kimchi for lunch and that meal was phenomenal! The portion was perfect, the flavor and quality was just overwhelmingly good! I was also offered this sweet hot sauce which I placed in the curry and kimchi and surprisingly enough, the flavor of the curry and the sweet hot sauce blended well! The sauce was definitely spicy and i loved it! I enjoyed that meal so much i ended up ordering the Smash Burger they also suggested with hatch pepper and a side of Kimchi for my to-go dinner. Although the burger ended up a little soggy by the time i got to it, it was still amazing! It could be one of the best burgers i’ve ever had and that’s a bold statement to add on here. I also put “the hot sauce” on the burger and it definitely gave it a kick and a different flavor profile. Just the burger by itself and to have the second flavor profile, i can do with either one. I do like spicy food though, so i would definitely put that hot sauce in every meal they offer. The Kimchi for my side was great too! I ordered a total of 3 one for lunch, one for dinner, and one to just snack on later. I’m curious if the kimchi was home made. Either way, it was good. Better with the hot sauce as well. Let me tell you, as a middle-aged man who doesn’t like the Internet, for me to be able to visit their website for the first time from my phone, order exactly what I wanted, and pay; without getting frustrated, while high, is very impressive! Stunned really. Then in a super reasonable amount of time, I receive a very nice looking and unbelievably great tasting Smashburger and kimchi. My friends got the Korean Burrito and Sweet Potato Tots and those were both amazing too! This food really was on another level. Really nice people, too. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.
