Wolf & Swallow is what happens when chaos and charm fall in love and open a wine bar. Housed in a Victorian along Route 66, it’s equal parts cozy parlor and eccentric lab. The kind of place where deviled eggs taste like a revelation and a “lunchable” somehow feels chic.

The wine list is wild in the best way (I ordered a second glass before the first one was gone), and the food feels like your taste buds just got invited to an avant-garde dinner party. Bonus: Jell-O shots are on the menu, which tells you these people don’t take themselves too seriously.
