Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Aldine

So happy this place is finally open! And after my visit I'm very happy I gave them a try. Customer service was fantastic!

Its a small location for those the don't know what a Buffalo Wild Wings 'Go' is, its literally a place to order and go, they do have a handful of small tables and a small fountain drink machine but its not the RESTAURANT.

So I ordered the 10pc combo, 5 Thai Curry 5 Asian Zing and got my fries with Chipotle BBQ seasoning, and added on the i think $1 for a drink. The ordered was made and cooked correctly, LOVED the flavors, both wing flavors were very very good and very very different, and fry seasoning was perfect. The only issue, like a few other reviews I've seen, was that there was not alot of sauce on the wings, and the paper liner in the basket was for the most part dry. I personally like my wings wet, crispy but wet. I will definitely give this place another shot, the customer service was just to good not to, and just ask for them to make sure my wings are really really well coated and if they wanna put them in a little pool in the basket I'm ok with that. Amber was extremely rude during our visit. She was the cashier and also gave us our wings, but she was not polite at all. We told her it was our first time, yet she didn’t bother to explain the menu or help us with any questions. Instead, she had a bad attitude the entire time and treated us as if we were bothering her.

When she asked if the order was to go or dine in, I told her we were dining in, but she still gave us everything in bags. Another employee noticed and kindly helped us with plates and napkins, something Amber should have done from the start. The staff in the kitchen were very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, the complete opposite of Amber.

It’s unfortunate because the place itself is good, and the food was nice, but customer service matters. If Amber is the first person people deal with, that might explain why the restaurant was so empty. Another customer even mentioned having the same negative experience. Hopefully management takes this seriously, because the rest of the staff deserves better...

DO NOT COME HERE!!! unless you like your wings dry. Decided to give this place a try since it’s new but man I should’ve just stuck to the one close to my house. Order some wings with my husband and they said order will be ready in two minutes then they tell us five minutes. I’m guessing the big bosses were there but they didn’t even do a good job 😕 and by the way they are serving this weird ranch. As you can see in the pictures the wings aren’t even wet with enough sauce, we could see dry spots in the boneless wings, as well they usually serve bigger portions and the wings were tiny. The least they could’ve done was put extra wings instead of serving crumbs. DO BETTER YALL...
